      Bought a perfume from them and got it broken now they wont replace it. They told me to send it through ****. I tried to **** told me that it was hazardous material because it was broken glass and perfume mixed with my blood since I had gotten cut trying to pack the package and I didnt wash the freaking glass since I didnt want to get get cut again. Also, one of their service customer agents was being rude in a customer service way where he was not necessarily saying things, but you could tell that hes like having a really good time making it hard for me dont ever buy from perfume.com. Scentbird is the way to go.

      I've called the *************************************************************************************** a few days. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS.

      I receive their emails almost every day. The perfume I am interested in was listed for $61.06 for several days. I know that it says price with coupon above the listed price. This week I received an email that said "extra 20% off today only". When I went to purchase, it calculated the price to $61.06. I emailed perfume.com and they keep saying the price is the coupon price. I asked why they say "extra 20% off today only" if it's the same 20% that they have had all week. They don't have an answer for that one. False advertising!!!!

      I was very disappointed when my shipment did not include the complete order. I have tried over and over again to contact this company for a week. The line is consistently busy. This will be my first and last time ordering from here.

      So for $19.00 this company sends me a 7ml bottle of Jean Claude Gautier, and I've bought this Cologne for over 20 years and never have they made a 7ml bottle. I mean what am I suppose to do with such a small bottle? If I wanted to be screwed I could have went to ** ****** *****s etc. I mean. I could have gotten a bigger bottle from "****",it would have taken a month to get here,but it would have been bigger than 7ml. Whats advertised on the site,is not what you end up getting. Because if it was they know people wouldn't buy it. You lost my business, and I'm gonna make sure people know how petty this company is. Then when you try to write a review, they literally just use you as a sakes pitch to get more information from you.
