    -Ordered prostate supplements. My credit card charged on 2/23/2024. No product received by 3/6. Called New Vitality on 3/6, says they never shipped, problem on their end. Got email on 3/7 with tracking link. Tracking link says shipping label created on 3/14. Product never sent or held by their 3rd party shipper. **** says on 3/14 still waiting for package from shipper. No further updates.-Called New Vitality on 3/19. after 25 minutes on hold, finally connected with customer service. After I started speaking, they hung up on me. Called right back and was on hold for 60 minutes with no one picking up.-Seen other similar reviews/complaints about New Vitality and First Mile.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. We have mutually chosen to no longer do business. My 3 month reorder subscription has been cancelled. I agree that this is a vendor that I no longer choose to buy supplements from.

    I placed an online order for a New Vitality product called "Super Beta Prostate" on July 26th, 2023. I received two email confirmations for this order and my bank was charged the total amount of $142.09 for it. Unfortunately, the product was never shipped and when I call the myriad phone numbers associated with this company, I get messages that the number is no longer in service. Upon emailing some of the different emails associated, they wrote back once requesting more information. I sent an abundant amount of information back including order #'s and bank statements showing the charge only never to hear from them again. If I'm out the $142.09, so be it! I just needed to file a complaint. This is a horrible business that has absolutely no concern for customers who've experienced this problem. A simple reply would be great! Or even; sorry for the trouble, we'll get the product right out to you as soon as possible. But nothing!
