As a long-standing New Vitality customer, I am disappointed with how this bad batch of MultiVescence Vitamins is being handled. The corporation has only reimbursed me for one box out of the six boxes, although all six boxes had the same lot number. I have been taking these vitamins for over ten years. This whole situation started on July 12, 2023, after I decided the sour taste of the vitamins was not a result of my taste buds. After all these years of consuming this vitamin, I know what these Multivescence Vitamins tasted like. After a series of phone calls and waiting for the agents to provide directions and feedback from "corporate," I was told to stop using the vitamin packets and discard the rest. I went on vacation, assuming this issue was resolved and a new shipment of my vitamins was being dispatched. I asked my neighbor to watch for my vitamins, and when I got back from vacation, I found out they were not delivered, so I called customer service again, and they said they needed me to find the correct lot #. I was able to pull a box out of the garbage because the garbage man had not picked up the garbage, and I provided the correct lot# After going through this situation with New Vitality, I decided to cancel my shipment and request reimbursement. I paid $120.00 for six boxes of New Vitality Multivescense Vitamins. I have been reimbursed $24.99 for one box. The other five boxes were not reimbursed, although there was a pending credit in my Pentagon account twice to reimburse the other boxes, then the credit was canceled. I've attempted to seek reimbursement on my own, but customer service is now saying they need the other boxes, although the lot number is the same, and customer services instructed me to destroy them. I am requesting your assistance in this matter.
