    This business is awful. They raised their prices and refuse to take responsibility for their old faulty equipment. They say they come a fix our equipment and nothing changes

    This company has a monopoly on apartment building laundry rooms and they do nothing to serve their customers to make using their machines convenient. Plus there is no option on their website to check your card balance. The only way is to check it at the machines which NEVER WORK. Calling **************** is a joke - you're getting people at their homes who couldn't care less about helping. The worst though are the broken dryers. Put your card in the machine, only to return 45 minutes later to find wet or damp clothes. The dryers never work and they do NOTHING to service them. Wash in warm water - you get cold. On and on.It's one of the biggest rackets going. Their trucks are all over *** and the machines NEVER WORK.If you need a card balance you have to check it in the laundry room - IF the machine works.I am so tired of calling these people. At least every either time I do laundry, I find wet clothes in the dryer.They should be investigated - the only way to get your money returned if you have a card balance, is to mail the card back to them. They must make a fortune collecting unused funds.If you're a building owner please consider an alternative.

We do offer refunds for your card and we do need the card back to provide the refund. There is newer technology out now that will let you use a phone app to start the machines and that you can see your balance online. We provide the phone app when we install new machines.

    It is my understanding that Hercules has a minimum dollar amount that has to be added to their laundry cards. One neighbour reported that when she purchased a new laundry card, the message she got was that at least $20 has to be put on it! Most everyone in my building are seniors and/or disabled on a fixed income. We don't have that kind of money! Also, we've been told that we have to use a credit or debit card to add money to Hercules cards. Why does this have to be SO hard? Hercules just installed machines in my building today and I don't want to use them with these hassles!

    The worst laundry machines I have ever used. I tried to deal with customer service and was informed that my account was blocked due too many requests of issues and the tech not finding anything. You can read some of the email exchange in the picture attached to see even how a supervisor-***** failed to provided good customer service.I have been using these machines for 7 years in my building and have experienced numerous issues. Some of the issue the machines had -washers have stopped washing Mid cycle soapy and I would have to pay again to restart the wash and then it would work.All 6 of the tiny washers have on numerous occasions not squeezed the water out of the clothes and then left the clothes soaking wet even when I made sure to leave the machine half empty.There are also dryers that are not getting hot and some only get warm and blow humid air leaving the clothes moist and wet.I have filed complaints whenever I've had an issue which has been many times, foolishly thinking that the machines will be repaired by a "technician" only to find out during my next wash the same reoccurring issue or even new ones !I requested to speak to a supervisor and was connected to *****. She did not reimburse me and had nothing to say to all the points I've presented.A technician can go every week and take a quick peek at a machine, but just because they don't find an issue doesn't mean there aren't any issues. I have better things to do and so do the other tenants than going back and forth for a few dollars. Absolutely pathetic. If this company paid attention to all of my complaints and had common sense they would switch these machines out for ones that work well, so no one would have to bother going out of their way to get reimbursed.This company is overpriced, they charge $2.25 but the another company in another building is only $1.75 for clean newer machines. The machines are run down and dirty. I've complained about this and no one ever comes to clean the machines.

    Hercules's dryer price for 30 minutes increased from 75 cents to $2.15 per load. That increase is excessive, especially in a rent-stabilized building. Hercules should not price gauge the tenants at ************************** LLC.

    Hello ******, I believe the prices on the dryers went up $0.15 from $2 to $2.15 in October of 2022.

    I had a terrible experience with Hercules Corp, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, my washing machine in my building was never fixed. It is clear that Hercules Corp does not care about their customers or providing quality services.One of the employees even confirmed that this is not an isolated incident, and that Hercules Corp has bad practices everywhere. It's extremely concerning that they refuse to invest in new equipment, which is likely contributing to the poor quality of their services.I felt completely ignored and undervalued as a customer. It's unacceptable for a company to disregard the concerns of their customers and fail to take action when issues arise. I wasted a significant amount of time and effort trying to get my washing machine fixed, only to be met with incompetence and indifference from Hercules Corp.I would strongly urge anyone considering using Hercules Corp to look elsewhere for their needs. Based on my experience, it's clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction or provide quality services.
