    I bought a water pump for my **************** from these people back in October 2022. The one they sent me was bad. I called them and they sent a replacement but charged me for it. I sent the original back to them to receive credit . It arrived back to them on November 28th. I not only had to pay someone two times to replace the defective water pump but expected my money to be refunded from the one I sent back to them. I have emailed them and called at least 3 times and have been promised my money back on the defective water pump. I have still not received my refund.

    The customer was sent a return label and a pump .

     

    The pump received back was showing signs of mishandling and no manufacturing defect.

    Still as a matter of good will a full refund has been intiated back to the mode of payment the customer paid with.
