    Placed an order and it made no movement in 7 days, tried to email the company to find out the email they provided does not exist. Called the phone number provided on their website. A man answered with "hello" no company info given when the phone was answered. It seemed like a personal phone number. So, kind of confused, I state "I made an order on the website" and was cutoff and told "I will call you back in an hr. I have your number" and then immediately hung up on me. I waited 2 hrs and there was no phone call so I tried to call the number back and my number had been blocked. Luckiky I used PayPal to pay them so I filed a claim with PayPal. I'm hoping I am able to get a full refund but this company definitely seems like a scam front.

    ITP Agri Solutions have not answered any of my emails in the last two weeks, from their website and my personal email. They do not answer their phone. The answering machine is full and it will hang up on you. All I want to do is exchange some lights for the correct ones. Their website has the wrong lights listed.
