    Have used ******* pools on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. They are professional on the phone, setting up appointments and when they are at the site. Just had a major leak in a return line. Came the next day, literally only a few hours of down time. If you have a pool problem, you would be making a huge mistake not going with *********.

    Absolutely awful customer experience. They installed a new filter system last year. This year it was not working. They couldnt figure it out, actually told us to ****** it and look for a ******* video on how to fix. They installed the system but they say they dont service it? Numerous promises of sending a service tech which never happened. All calls go to voice mail and I get an automated text back that the request will promptly be addressed. Havent gotten a call back in two months. Service is terrible- we have to add our own chemicals- its a salt system that is missing a power cord bur they keep adding shock and chlorine and no salt. We were told to order it ourselves after about 2 months but when I tried getting the part info they never returned the call. The absolute worst when it comes to customer ********************** or quality of service. Resolution would be some refund of the amounts paid and repair of the sale system before pool closing. We opened in early May and its now mid august- this has never been addressed. But they were sure to collect all $$ up front.
