      A representative came to quote the replacement of the central air unit, he slipped and put a hole in my office ceiling. He then put the blame on the fact that my beam was cracked under a piece of rug, which caused him to slip. The electrician and Masters crew, both stated there was no cracked beam that would cause them to fall.When the incident occured, he stated his company would minus $1000 if I had it fixed or Masters company would fix it . Unfortunately, I decided to go with the latter. On July 20th 2022, the job was complete and they were paid $12,400. The sheet rock was put up poorly and later on I noticed grease marks on ceiling and walls. I sent an email and the owner called me. He said he would take care of it. I got an estimate of $750.00 from my painter and sent it to Masters. I had the work done and paid the painter. ******, the owner at Masters, said he would look into it and still won't return my phone calls. I am only looking for the refund of $750 Thank you.
