      We hired Master Mechanical to replace a cartridge in the bathtub faucet in a condo. We hired them thinking the procedure would be streamlined because the management company hires them. The plumber that we hire for our house quoted $200 for the job. Sadly Master Mechanical charged us $456.51, before they even sent us an invoice! They charged for 2 1/2 hours, a $75 truck charge plus a substantial markup on the cartridge. Beware!
