September I got into a little fender ******. I hit a stop sign. There was a little outside structural damage and that was it and Idid a claim through progressive and they made me go to a mechanic and when he was about seven days later, I got a call from and he said there is so much damage to this car. Hes not hes never seen something like it before there was well someone messed up onwelding. They were taking parts from different cars and putting it onto that car and I didnt know this until I got to the center better God that he Told me about this and he was saying how theres in the front right side theres really not enough support because whoever did the welding tried to up whatever happened to this car before tried covering it up and that you have a higher chance of dying because its not welded the rightway and I have pictures. I have a full description and I just want my money back in the car gone thats it and Im really thinking about. dont know if I should go to a lawyer and go do it that way I did go to the Attorney General of ******** and they sent me to ***************************** and they said they couldnt do anything cause there wasnt acertain amount of time and they only do repairs but I dont think that theyre they dont understand that I bought this car. Its a 2024 Camry hybrid red velvet interior nice interior and the car has a ton of damage on the inside of it and I just want all my money I dont think its fair and I dont. Im really just confused on what to do with this car. Its just being a burden on me this thing is, he said that there was no damage on the car and he signed it on the papers cause I finance the car and he signedoff with his signature that there was no damage to this car and the mechanic found out everything he found out that it went to ****** to other states and then to ********, so I just want my money back and I dont know Ive contacted a bunch of lawyers and might sue him.

On January 4th, 2025, my father and I found a 2013 ***** Accord Sport listed on CarGurus for $10,995 at 5 Towns Drive. My father contacted the dealership to express our interest, and we visited later that day around 4:45 pm, shortly before closing at 5:00pm. After inspecting the vehicle, we sat with a financier to discuss the purchase. We informed them of our $2,000 down payment and were told the total cost of the car, including taxes, fees, and servicing, would be approximately $13,720. With interest of $3,186 (at *****%), the total came to $16,906. Based on ****** research valuing the car between $9,000$10,000, we agreed to the terms. However, during the signing process, the financier had us complete the paperwork on a computer and deliberately obscured the total sale price, which we later discovered was inflated to $18,906. After our $2,000 down payment, the balance should have been $14,906. Instead, the $2,000 was added to the total, resulting in $18,906an amount we never agreed to. The dealerships secretary further concealed this by removing the first page of the printed contract, claiming it was just a cover page. After signing additional registration documents, the secretary placed everything into a folder and sent us on our way, by which time it was well past closing somewhere around 7:00 pm.On January 9, my father asked me to review the contract because the numbers didnt seem to add up. It was then that I discovered the $18,906 total, which was not the agreed-upon amount. When I confronted the financier, he refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and denied my request to return the vehicle. I called the police to document the incident, ensuring a formal record for any future legal action. I am formally requesting the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter, hold 5 Towns Drive accountable for their fraudulent actions.Thank you for your time and attention. Sincerely, ******** ***** ************

Good day, *************************** purchased a 2015 Infiniti QX60 from 5 Towns Drive *** two years ago, in April 2021. As per *** Lemon Law based off the miles at the time purchase we were only responsible for the engine and transmission for 30 days or ***** miles which ever comes first. We are now in April of 2023 and the warranty is now expired with us the dealer. The transmission of the vehicle is affected by the way the driver maintains the service as well as how they drive the car. We can not be held responsible for a transmission for a car that was sold two years ago. It is the current owners responsibility to keep up with the maintenance and service.
