      I had a dispute with 5 Towns Drive over a missing charger., The company has since given me a new charger and the matter is resolved. I have been trying to get the Better Business Bureau to remove the negative review without success. 5 Towns Drive sells some beautiful vehicles, one of which I bought for myself, a 530i hybrid. The charger was left out of the car by accident. I have since received the charger. I'm now asking BBB to remove the negative review from 5 Towns Dr.

      This company is ******** and very racist. I called them om 9-21-24 @10am and talked to *****. I told him I wanted to purchase a tahoe he had for sale. He stated ok and asked me my name. I told him Ezeikiel, he said like the RB from the cowboys ( Ezeikiel *******). I said yes. I told people me and him look exactly alike, I'm just a little taller. He laughed. I asked since I was an out of state buyer is it possible to help on shipping. He stated he's going to check with the owner and give me a call back in 30 minutes. I waited for 2 hours and called him back after not hearing anything from him. He then lied again and said he got busy and was going to check on it for me again and give me a call back in about an hour. I waited for 2 hours, still no call back so I called him back again and asked him what's the status. He said he sent the paperwork up and is waiting to hear for the owner. I asked why not called me and tell me that knowing I'm waiting on ur call. He said he will give me a call first thing the next day (9/22). I waited until noon and called him back,letting him know he didn't call me back and I really wanted to purchase the tahoe. I sent proof of approval loan from the back and also told him I can leave a deposit if necessary. He stated he can't help on the shipping price. I said fine I have a company that will charge me $1500 for shipping and I will take care of it. He said just wait, I know a company cheaper. Let me give them a call and call u back. I begged him to call back because I wanted the suv. He gave me his word and lied again. I called back at evening time to check and see if he found someone cheap. He said he didn't but will call me back. The called back lie continued a total of 13 times. On Monday, I called and said please sell me the truck, I'll take care of shipping myself. He said he have someone in the office ( of a different race)and he is selling the suv 2 them. I was so hurt for I never experienced racism this bad. He showed no emotions.

      NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I bought a vehicle from them that never passed inspection in MA. The dealer, "Ish" is pure GARBAGE! they could not even register and insure the vehicle for a month! the extended warranty is useless. They would not cover any parts of the vehicle. I say this place is a FRAUDULANT place of business. Make sure the vehicle passes inspection no matter what especially if you live in a different state like me. NO ****** STARS FOR THEM.-(can't control this)
