    This Business did not complete the Hop on Hop off Tour, rather they made a detour to pick up people for a Statue of Liberty ferry dropoff. They refused to drop me and my daughter at a bus stop advertised on the route indicated on the brochure. We then had to walk 15 minutes to the nearest subway to reach out final destination.This Business is both unethical and disorganized and should be ashamed to advertise themselves as a Hop on Hop off Tour.

    We paid ****** dollars for 2 for a Cruise to Liberty Island. There was no boat when the bus dropped ** and we were told none would Come. No person in charge to settle the problem, no way to get our money back. This affected all the group in our bus, and probably the bus which arrived after ours. When reading the comment on the Web site, this is obviously something which happens regularly. This is an absolute scam.

    Awful. They said my niece didn't have to pay. We waited for more than 40 minutes, they changed us to another bus and then charged us for the child. The employees were not informative,unkind and had bad manners. Too expensive. The tour guide couldn't speak loud and the bus was full.
