  I had a need for some working capital, and I reached out to Alliance Capial. I was more than pleased with their service, professionalism, and most of all, honesty. I have dealt with multiple other brokers before, and Alliance Capital, especially working with ******* is was the best experience ever. This has been my third transaction with him, and that should tell you something. I highly recommend and endorse them 100%.

  I applied with this company back in 2020 for an business loan for my business. I was approved for $3000.00 and took the offer. After I got the balance down to $1000.00 I called to see can I get another loan for my business. The *** stating that he will wipe away the $1000.00 that I owe and he can get me approved for another $5000.00. I was making the payments, but because my business took an down fall. I was not able to make my payments anymore. Also, was in the hospital for health issues dealing with COVID. I tried to make payments toward this balance when it went to collections for $120.00 a month. I made the $120.00 a month payment, but my health decline again and was not able to work and had to apply for disability to survive. I received an email this morning stating that they are going to take legal action against me for the balance of $8,107.00. I just don't understand why the balance is still the same after I had make $120.00 a month payment before. I called today to try to resolve this issues, because I don't have that business anymore and I'm just getting disability now. This company wants me to pay $175.00 a week until the balance is paid off. This have been going on for almost 5 years and they are still harassing me about this. After I pay this balance off. I will post on social media and other website how the company will harass you every night calling your phone around 1am, 2am, 3am and so on from block or restricted number. They also will harass you being so rude to consumers. I will never apply with this company again. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND DON'T HAVE ANY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR NEW YORKERS.....

  We take all of ours reviews and feedback from customers very seriously. I personally have gone through your entire file since inception on 3/17/2021. The facts are listed below:
  3/17/2021 approved and funded for a short term capital advance.
  5/19/2021 merchant applied for an early renewal which paid off her remaining balance
  6/14/2021 merchant requested to pause payments and we did.
  7/10/2021 merchant applied for additional funding to expand but was declined.
  7/20/2021 merchant requested to pause payments again, we obliged.
  8/20/2021 we extended the paused payment schedule
  8/27/2021 merchant applied again for funding - declined
  9/17/2021 merchant requested to keep payments paused due to covid
  9/24/2021 merchant left us a 5star review on Google
  9/29/2021 merchant resumed payments
  10/28/2021 merchant stopped payments and agreed to resume 12/2/2021
  1/1/20/2022 merchant asked to reduce payments so we reduced by 50%
  3/3/2022 all payments being returned NSF merchant states she is closing the business
  1/25/2024 we discovered that in 2/2021 the merchant opened a new business called Landers Tax Service LLC

  1/25/2024 final attempt was made to keep the account from collections
  2/1/2024 account was sent to Pure Capital for collections.
  
  Any contact with the merchant has not been from Alliance Capital US LLC it has been through a 3rd party collection agency. This advance was written as a short term 5 month advance that has turned into 3 years. I personally worked with Lenore until I discovered the fraud. At that point I turned the file over to the collection company. We are one of the few companies out there that actually treat our clients as people and not just numbers as shown by the history and exhausted all avenues before sending to collections.

  At this moment our trucking industry its at a big risk no body wants to haul load anymore due to the lack of payment of the freights my truck broke down which I needed a big engine repair and this loads aint helping I have a bad credit due to opening business and Im trying so hard to stay on top on all my debs and still doing my best to maintain in business at a point were I was desperate with money a lot of companys who let people borrow money denied me till I receive a call from *************** who saved me and my company from falling a part the way he explained to me how he would help me and found my business even doe this trucking business its not in good standings he belief on me and gave me the help I really needed theres not a lot of people on this world that want to help and be good to other people who are going into tuff situations *************** its a great person hes company its the best I really recommend all my *************** to go with him if you need a loan ?? thanks *************** god blesses you what a great man
