    For over the last month now, our internet service has been on and off all day. I emailed them at the end of July and never got a response back. Last Thursday 9/7 the service went out for good, and is still out. We made to phone calls to them on Friday, nobody answers the phone. The message you get is, all representatives are busy. Monday 9/11, called and left a message. Nobody returned the message. Called again Tuesday 9/12, nobody answers, all representatives are busy. Called today 9/13, left another message, haven't heard back from anyone. Have tried calling 3 more times today, nobody answers. I sent another email today, as well. I have a child in 7th grade, that cannot complete homework, because we have no service and nobody will respond to emails or messages. I would like my service canceled and am not paying them anymore monthly payments.

    Clarity Connect did suffer a large outage after an electrical storm in the area. Sorry if we did not have a timely answer for this customer, everyone in the company worked to bring services live again. We needed to order equipment, make tower climbs, restore servers.... We have been responding to our customers that were effected with a credit, this request should be directed towards ************************** Billing

    We have not had internet since last week. Job and college courses depend on it.
    I have called and emailed several times. This business does not answer the phone or call me back. I did receive a troubleshooting email at 9:30 on Monday night but those tips don’t work and I have been unable to get anyone to fix it or speak to me.

     We attempted to schedule service call, customer declined and  had already set up installation with another company even prior to informing us of service issue.   Her service has been cancelled and most recent charge credited.
