    I ordered two purses around six weeks ago. Ive reached out to the company Acknowledgen numerous times. They finally sent me this tracking number below and it hasnt been updated in weeks. Last Thursday on March 20th it said my package was departing ******* then on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning before church it said the same. Then Sunday night it was updated that my item was delivered on March 14th but it was not. I reached out to my post office who said it never was delivered to them and the tracking number was untrackable as well as they had the wrong phone number on their business site. The company said it was shown delivered and that it was no longer their problem it was the shipping companys problem now. And my responsibility to track down my package.

    I ordered a wallet with a tracking device to help find it if lost. Package arrived after about a month without the tracking device or instructions on how to use the wallet. Wallet was empty.Please send the tracking device and instructions or send a new package.

    Ordered 2 shirts from Fashionholla with 'express shipping'. No contact from them after that. Finally got a JS Express tracking number from the seller, Fashionholla. Can only use JS Express tracking with other sites, such as 'Global Tracking' or other international package finders. The actual JS Express website dot com is not in service in ***.. no website, appears to be blocked here, frozen page. Can only take seller's word. When it is out of ************** transfer to a *** carrier, such as ***** there is no ability to track it. No tracking number for US carrier. I don't know what JS Express is, but it's not a carrier we can access at all in US. This makes it difficult for international purchases where the shop/seller appears online, but not the courier. It causes problems for both customers and sellers. I have already had PayPal contact seller but many of the problems are because of JS Express inaccessibility. My item is in my city, but no way to track it!

    I ordered a swimsuit from this company and it did not fit. It was not even close to the correct size. I contacted the company and after a couple of weeks they asked it I would take $12 and keep the suit. I indicated that I wanted to return the item. At this time they asked for a photo to be sent to them. Not happening. I requested an address so I could return the item. Again it took quite a while to hear back from them. I finally got an address and mailed the item back to them and they received it on June 6, 2022. As of yet, I haven't heard back from them. I also thought I was ordering from a place in the *****************. My confirmation email was in another language.
