    BOGUS DELIVERY COMPANY... NEVER DELIVERED ANYTHING, 24 HOUR SURVEILLANCE CAMERA COVERS ENTIRE AREA... I GET A PHOTO OF EVERY DELIVERY WITHIN 10 MINUTES, THIS TIME NO PICTURE AND I RECEIVE NOTIFICATION 4 DAYS LATER!!!

    I ordered a shirt from an company named Assessmeny. Going by the website, this appeared to be locally made U.S. products. ****. It was a company in *****. I had already ordered the shirt so I waited to see what happened. The order was processed in Mid August. It was ready to ship on the 21st with JS Express from inside *****. My shirt is now supposedly on its way from *** in ********, having been handed off from there to an unnamed "local carrier" on September 4th. It is now the 9th and the most recent update from the 8th says it is in transit still. It really shouldn't take 4 days to get from *** to ***********. Who know if I'll get the shirt or not. As for Assessmeny, I'll file this same review about them as they actually copied a design from an Etsy artist and used it in *****. Shameful and a rip off, especially considering the unlisted costs I was charged. I ended up pay over $40 for a t-shirt! I suspect JS Express is working with Assessmeny. The whole thing is just shady and I should have stuck with **** and not trusted a company masquerading as an American outfit.

    Ordered a dress for a wedding never recieved the dress got email it was delivered to a place in ****** ** I am in TN.i ordered through Amazon, Seller H.S.D and JS Express delivery. How have no dress, no money, can't recieve any communication from anybody to resolve the issue. $120.45 down the drain.

    This company has to be the worst shipping company I've ever had to deal with. My package is always late and now the new packages are all lost. They say they handed my packages off to a local carrier but none of them have my packages and JS express can't even tell the store who I paid what local carrier they gave them too. All the emails and phone numbers for this company in the US do not work so there is no way for me to even try to talk to someone on my end. Worst shipping company ever!

    Ordered 2 summer outfits, waited weeks for delivery. The fit was nowhere near as described. I asked for return address with no response. filed a complaint with my credit card company. They declined saying the company told them that they gave me return authorization. LIES! CC company gave me the return address and all information to return items. I wish I had seen this before I ordered!

    I've been had and I should have known better than to trust a site like this. Same as all the reviews prior. No invoice, no name of company anywhere, no return slip despite stating you could return. I would not have found this until I searched the address. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

    I ordered two women's swimsuits, which took longer to arrive than expected. However, neither one of them fit but there is no packing slip or return instructions included in the shipment as there are with other businesses.
