    Someone else used my card on NYRA BETS. They tried twice for $105.00.

    Removal of fraudulent credit report. NYRA Bets sent me to collections for debt that is not mine. My bank shows no record of the supposed charge of $200. NYRA Bets admits they do not use a ID verification system for new online accounts. ********************** has been alerted to the fraud and has done nothing to removal the credit hit I took. I would like it removed. I will be putting in complaints with the ** attorney General and with my states as well. This went to collection in April of 2024. I have never used this site and I never have gambled online.

    On March 3, 2024, the Nyra hosted a bet called the Cross Country Pick 5. In the 3rd leg of the event Race, 7 ******* the #** was scratched at 1**3 am. The Pick 5 bet closed at 4 p.m. after they failed to report the scratch to Xpreesbet until 430pm thus allowing bets to be taken on a horse that was not running. This has been going on for a while, but this .is the first time I was able to document it with proof.

    Upon further investigation between tote operators, it was determined that scratches were being properly recorded and the pool was being properly priced; however, AmTote was not correctly receiving and processing the information to show the horse as scratched in the XpressBet system.

    Changes have been implemented between United Tote and AmTote to resolve this issue moving forward such that XpressBet will properly show scratches for this wager in a more timely fashion.

    On November 2nd I purchased an item from the **** store. I received confirmation of my purchase, but for days following nothing. When I went to track my order the site said that my order does not exist. I have been in contact with someone from their support team for weeks, but have repeatedly received the same excuse that they are not able to reach the appropriate party to address my issue. I need to either receive my order or have a refund.

    NYRA is a gambling site, I had placed a bet and won $70.00 over 2 weeks ago. Each time I call NYRA(7 times), I get a different excuse as to where my money is. I was told that a check was mailed to my address, each time I call I get a different date that it was sent. I've even received a email stating the funds will be returned to my Bank account within ***** hrs...that was a week ago!! I was charged a $5 fee to connect my Debit Card when I 1st joined to make it convenient when cashing out. They REFUSE to pay me my winning...had no problems taking my money though!!!

    Someone stole my information and placed hundreds of dollars of bets in my name. They sent the "overdue" charges straight to collections and I was not notified that any money was owed with the information on file. This could have been prevented through basic security procedures by verifying identity through photo ID, collecting immediate payment, and/or verifying banking account information before allowing people to place bets. Luckily, the ** Racing Co. ************************* was extremely helpful and was able to clear the charges. I do not wish to be contacted by this company or require assistance from BBB. I am submitting this complaint to ensure others are aware that their information may not be protected and to think twice about utilizing their services.

    As ********* indicated they were a victim of fraud, someone who obtained their personal information was able to register on our online platform and passed our KYC verification as they had valid information on *********. As they also indicated once the account was reported as fraudulent, our investigations team worked closely with ********* to correct the mishap. The funds outstanding are no longer their responsibility as they were not aware of this account creation. They were asked by our team to file a police report so that in the event that the person with their information creates other accounts with other companies they are clear of all charges. 

    It is very unfortunate that this took place, but the information was not retrieved from our platform it was used to create an account with us. We take security and privacy very seriously and unless a customer can provide accurate information to our KYC system, they will not be able to create an account. We work hard on making sure our system is up to date with new security patterns found throughout the internet but as we all know these hackers also get creative with their findings.
