    The New York Racing Association, with BelmontExperiences.com and BelmontStakes.com are an absolute disgrace and need to issue every single individual on their waitlist and email list and extensive apology for their epic mishandling on the **** Belmont Stakes Ticket sales! I have been in touch with the **** Ticket booth since December 2023 because I wanted to buy these for my family for Christmas, when they first announced that the Belmont would be hosted at Saratoga. All I wanted to do was take my family to this historic event, and the ****, Belmont Experience and Belmont Stakes has been organized by nothing but a bunch of incompetent idiots who should be ashamed of themselves. They offered packages on the Belmont Stakes site, but then **** claims they know NOTHING about it. Belmont Experience claims those packages don't exist (but they are RIGHT on the site) and instead want you to pay twice as much. I signed up for the waitlist and presale but yet the codes they give you for ticketmaster DO NOT WORK. You sit on the hold for over 2 hours to talk to someone who blatantly tells you they have no idea what's going on. They can't find the packages that are right online. When you click the link it doesn't let you buy those packages. This was so mismanaged and horribly organized, we are frustrated, hurt and heartbroken that my family's dream to go to Triple Crown race have been completely trampled by their poor management. SHAME ON YOU **** for not having your s*** together. I think a lawyer needs to be involved for false advertising!
