    I purchased an engine from them. With the guaranteed to be low mileage and checked out thoroughly. The engine I received has a blown head gasket and will not run. The head is likely damaged and have to be replaced. It was purchased 10/5/2023. I've tried contacting this company many times. No response from them. I would settle for half my money back to repair the engine. I also have a video of the engine running the last time I got it to run. It shows coolant pouring out of the engine

    Hi, we have reviewed customer complaint and unfortunately unable to confirm an actual issue with the engine. We have no record of any communication with the buyer regarding an issue with an engine but the buyer has an option of returning the item for full refund but the buyer must send the item back in its original condition (as it was received). Moreover, for our customer's convenience we have attached a prepaid return label and a full refund will be issued upon receiving the engine back. Also, if the buyer decided to keep the item and address the issues with the engine, we can issue a partial refund in the amount of $250.00. Please let us know if we can be at further assistance regarding this matter.
