    I purchased a engine and transmission for my 2001 ***** accord from ************for over $1400 with shipping In May 2024, I didn't have the money to get it put in right away, so it set at A&R auto until I got the money to have it installed (around July) , I called JDM, I don't argue the 30 day warranty, So it should have been 30 from installation instead of 30 day fro delivery, because I didn't get it put in until later, drove it maybe 3 or 4 times ran good, then twice on highway and the motor blew. I still have to pay for a blown motor, I owe over $970 on it, I shouldn't have to pay cause that would probably be the cost a good engine. I'll just take the lost.They couldn't do anything because of the 30day warranty. Loan ID# **************** doing business with these clowns again, My mechanic was wanting to talk to them.

    Hi Mr. Posey, we appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you. Since we are selling used merchandise, the warranty and a warranty period are critical and transparent keys. If our item was bad, it would be bad to begin with and wouldn't have worked at all but as you stated, it ran well in the beginning! Perhaps, it was not installed properly or other key maintenance was neglected at the time of installation. If there was a delay in beginning the installation process then you should've notified us so we could've noted but there wasn't any communication as such. The 1st contact was made long after the warranty period had expired and we offered a replacement at a discounted price but it was denied. Please let us know if you are still interested so we can help you get your vehicle back on the road. Thank you
