      In 2017 approximately, I received an electronic notification that I had won $10,000.00 then moments later I received a notice that this was not actually true. That due to a computer error, this win was not correct and apologized. I also sent a physical letter of my disappointment to no avail. Being this close to winning and I believe I did, drew me into participating even more believing they were going to right this wrong but no such luck. I also didnt want to believe that for twenty years plus, that my buying and participation was part of a ploy to merely fill their pockets. Thank you for accountability towards PCH

      Honestly ?? I find it very hard to believe that anyone really wins and it adds up( in my book) to just another scam . I apologize if I'm wrong ??

      My mother used to play PCH when I was growing up but it's when they sent things in the mail not ones did my mother win anything much less a pencil I'm just doing this for fun because I know they are also a scam

      I have been playing these games faithfully every single day for over 15 years and only won $100.00, Furthermore they do not keep up with players scores,. and tokens.PCH need to play these games fairly without asking you to order something everyday. A lot of these games are fake.

      Publishers Clearing House will charge you several times for the same item. They say they applied your payment to the account, but that you owe more. They will keep charging you over and over and never give you a zero balance. BEWARE OF THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I cant give pch any cudos! I think they rip people off. I have played since I was 18 years old now I am 67 years old. Over the years my heart strings have been jerked around so many times! I have made it all the way to black diamond status on the token board. They tell me I am a vip but I know thats just more smoke being blown up my @** I never hear of the winners for all the big prizes they offer by using you tokens to buy entries. Like the tv motor home they have giving that away four about three to four years now never heard who if anyone won it. Pch needs more transparency and needs to completely re work there web sight and app! Some of the games are in possibile to win. You know what I am done with pch and I pray the BBB or our Congress looks into their business real sone been enough people feeling duped or cheated. But our own government cant get out of its own way long enough for them to investigate any thing. Getting them involved will be like trying to win games from pch.

      From: from ************** 1 star 04/05/2024 Can get my prize award I've been dealing with to many people or fake agents I don't know what to do anymore this is frustrating to many others there is obviously something worth investigating with this company. And as they move on to Digital business practices things have not gotten better. They refuse or just completely neglect issues pertaining to their practices. However when that much money is involved I wonder why. 2.6 stars with a B+ rating. Something smells fishy. I hope someone with the means has the ability to actually look into this company reveal what alot of these complaints are discussing.

      I bought a set of 3 bathroom towels from you recently and after washing twice, there is lint all over the place, bathroom floor, rug, shower, clothes, product is terrible, never again will I ever purchase anything from you, this is not the first time, my money should be refunded.
