I have bought several products from publishers clearing house. Not all of them were poor quality. The products that were poor quality were there reusable wash cloths. I can not reuse them they are very thin and fall apart in the washer. Another set of cloths I bought they were very thin and cheap and I only got eight of them and they cost me $18. When I see the winners they video all the people who get super prizes have $200,000 homes. All the people in apartments only get either $10,000 or $15,000 prizes. One women in an apartment won a car which was like $50,000. They send you surveys in your email and ask your income which I believe is how they determine how much they will award someone. When they say you dont have to purchase to win I dont believe that at all. I understand they give away a bunch of prizes but that dont mean they should be selling low quality products for big prices . They rip people off when they do that.

Although I've been a fan and follower of PCH for decades, I am getting very frustrated at the endless emails, inviting me to participate in their sweepstakes. And, although I've bought their merchandise in the past, the 'surprise' fees, e.g. shipping & handling charges, are often almost as expensive as the item itself, but you don't get to find that out until after ordering. That is still the case, in spite of the BBB report. I've found similar items far cheaper in local stores, and all I'm paying extra is thr 7% state sales tax. Another irritation is the way be are bombarded with ads when playing PCH Games. I've just had 2 3d times Mah Jong games completely covered by ads from *********. I was literally in the middle of the game and suddenly couldn't get back to it. This is unacceptable. I know they have to make money, but they are garnering a lot of revenue by selling our contact information. Enough is enough.

**** I am 60 years old and a former Judge. I take care of & oversee my Father's affairs, he is 87 years old & lost his wife, my Mother in February of this year. He became withdrawn and a curmudgeon, who started to withdraw from life when he became interested in PCH games and surveys. Every once in a while he'd make a purchase, mostly music CDs & loves to play games & take surveys. I noticed he was being charged postage & handling on each CD he purchased. I contacted PCH & pointed out that he bought several CDs in one day & asked if they could combine shipping, instead of charging a separate charge for postage to mail each CD. To my surprise, they combined the shipping charges so all CDs would be sent for one price. My siblings still felt he was somehow being scammed & tried to get him to participate in other Senior Citizen activities. He stressed that he loved providing his opinions on an array of subjects & even received two (2) hundred-dollar checks! If it keeps his mind sharp & he remains happy playing the games & providing his opinions, who am I to discourage it? Yes, as in all things in life, family should look after each other & take care of one another but that's the function of a family. As far as I'm concerned, it's good for PCH and my Dad, so what's the problem?

Publishers Clearing House has recently started asking me to disable my ad blocker. When I don't comply it will not allow me to enter the sweepstakes. I am outraged because I have been a customer for 42 years. I have purchased products, entered sweepstakes and even completed some of their surveys (which is an invasion of privacy) just to support them. I thought there were laws about conducting sweepstakes. How can they not allow me to enter the sweepstakes just because I refuse to disable my ad blocker?

This is a joke. They put ads in between every single games that don't close, in Spanish ads and I don't speak Spanish. What the hell? The PCH+ APP stops almost every time right in the middle. How frustrating. The ads for luckyland f****** slots is a pain in the a** as it comes up in every game and constantly popping up on my phone. I only go for the tokens now as I don't think anyone wins.

I've been entering PCH's contests (PCH.com/Publisher's Clearing House) for 17+ years and I'm currently a 12-time winner of PCH but this review isn't about my "small wins." This review is about PCH's unethical practices of allowing malicious and dangerous ads (both video and banner advertising). Until recently PCH had let its customers use an adblocker (both DNS and HTTPS-based adblocker tech) due to the fact that I know some (if not all the ads being displayed) of the ads are disguised to contain some sort of malware (spyware, trojan, keylogger, etc). Now PCH is displaying an "adblocker notification" which is now blocking/interferring witch PCH's customers and contest entrants from entering the contests...this is a bad business practice (in my book should be illegal) since advertising should not be forced on it's customers in exchange for a contest entry. The BBB should take a look at this and investigate PCH again since PCH is up to their unethical tricks again...the malicious advertising being forced should be another civil lawsuit (possibly criminal since this is allowing a cybercrime to take place)

Everytime i call with the app and website they tell me clear cookies. One thing i notice they need to update there app and there web page because i notice there winners are the same people on the web page.app dosent update on my phone. So these guy have no customer service. They also need quit telling people there going to win because its not true because its a sweep stake pluz i dont like there slogan if your in it to win because i been playing everday for years and years and still nothing.
