Today, I received a phone call Kelly about a loan from **** **** which was supposedly taken out in 2015/2016 and paid for one year. I asked for documentation and was told to call **** ****. This issue was going to be placed on my credit report then Kelly hung up. The banking information provided was for an account which was closed in 2014. I want my phone number removed from your database and removal from credit report.

This company has been harassing me with phone calls but more importantly my friends and family. Today, my daughter forwarded me a voicemail she received from “Tina” who was incredibly rude. This has got to stop. If I owe any money to this company, then they need to send me the original paperwork I signed. I have requested this in a previous conversation with a gentleman at this company but have received nothing. Instead, they have turned to harassing my family.
