calling and leaving vague messages to relatives and not calling the person they want to talk to. also using a spoofing number to get people to answer and not a 1888 number.

A rude man called my phone twice while I was in a meeting from a Crawfordville, Fl phone number. I called it after my meeting had concluded. The individual asked if I was somebody by name and I explained I was not and this was not her phone number and I didn’t know her. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, he retorted “you should have just said that from the beginning” in a rude and snotty tone, then hung up. I called him back, and of course he didn’t answer and let it go to voicemail. Needed York or Miami is not Crawfordville.

They have called my phone numerous times without acknowledging who they are. Per the CFPB, they have to acknowledge who they are. They call multiple times a day which is against the law to continue to harass over something. If I answered, they would try to make me state who i am before giving any information. you called me and now you don't want to give info? I have blocked 5 numbers so far that they call from. I even asked for proof of a collection license for my state and they said they don't have to give it yet per CFPB, if I acquire it, you need to send it.Orion Capital Solutions, LLC

Keeps calling all my family members for information every week it’s a different family me ever getting called. Same agent all the time. It’s beyond ridiculous. They need to stop being a nuisance. Never received any letter verifying the debt they are “trying to collect”. I find it funny how the have the audacity to look at your call records and bother your family members to try to get a hold of you, Yet, you would think they’d be smart enough to have your information already.Orion Capital Solutions, LLC

1 starHORRRIBLE service ! Called wanted to know what the call was about ******** ******** was rude said they were selling back my account to the original holder. Also called my son's phone when he stated I was not home they rudely hung up on him . Once call was returned and I gave my name, he continued to ask personal identifying questions which I refused to answer and told him I was calling to give him the name and number of my lawyer. He refused to take the information unless I gave him my personal information. I told him not to call me again. If you have a lawyer, they are to represent any calls received. I was not told what it was regarding because I would not give personal info but he should have taken my lawyer information. 1 starCompany called myself then a family member immediately after asking for my location but not leaving any information as to what the call is regarding. I am asking for a cease and desist all telephone communications from this company. They need to stop harassing me
