    Purchased two hour dinner sunset cruise
    2 tickets- 1 for myself 1 for my 13 yr old daughter
    We are from ********. Drove from ******** to go to the dinner cruise. Parking was no available on premisis or nearby for us to be able to attend event. Drove around unfamiliar town for an hour alone with daughter looking for parking to attend event. I contacted customer service for refund. They stated no refund, offered me a possible reschedule. I am from out of town, it is not realistic for a reschule.

    Hello,

    As we stated in our email response to the customer, we do not guarantee parking to any of our customers and we are not responsible for customers missing their cruises. We have a no refund policy that is stated when the customers purchase their tickets. We offered to reschedule the customers cruise and we also offered to send ticket vouchers that could be used anytime through the next year.
