    We visited this restaurant on August 7th, 2022. My family and I (myself and my 3 children) sat down in an empty restaurant and ordered drinks. We were the only party in the entire restaurant. After about 25 min, we got up to leave because no one was serving us. We figured if the drinks were this slow with us being the only customers, the food must be even slower and we had things to do. As we were leaving the waiter was coming out with our drinks. He was not apologetic but rude and defensive. As we were making our way to the street from the restaurant, a woman from the restaurant came out yelling at the top of her lungs "Shame on you!" She started to threated us that she was going to take a picture and continue to yell "Shame, Shame, Shame on you!" My 18 year old daughter rushed in, against our wishes, and paid $29 for water, a Pepsi, a beer that have not been touched and never made their way to our table. Later on I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and the woman that was yelling at us earlier hung up on me, never letting me speak with the manager. I want an apology and a refund for my daughter. The actions of this employee were indeed shocking and I wonder if she represents the attitude and culture at this establishment or is she an oddity. Thank you.
