    I received an estimate from Angel of Country living Construction last year in May. I called them earlier year (2025) and asked if they would still due my fence job for the price on my 5/2024 estimate and they said they would. I gave Angel a check for 50% down on ($1740.00) on 4-7-25. I received an install date of 5-21-25. Weather wasn’t good on that date. So I tried to call and find out what was happening. Couldn’t get through the message box was full. Tried several times with nothing. Tried the email address also no response. I want my deposit back so I can get a reliable company to come take care of my fence. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can’t afford to get robbed of my money.

    I've made a deposit of $1,920.00 on October 28th, 2024 for a fence install. I've received a call from a representative (November) stating they are unable to do the fence because of the weather. In December the representative from Country Living Construction LLC told me I will receive a call back on the week of Christmas for a post install date and that they have "all of our stuff". I did not receive a call back. On March 12th, 2025 a voicemail was left by me requesting a callback. On March 14th, 2025 my partner left a voicemail as well. No response was given. All we are asking for is our deposit back.
