      The customer service was so bad, I figured I'd let everyone else know before wasting their time. Our sales rep could not have been more rude. We bought a washer, dryer, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and chest freezer from them. We paid for delivery. Both the washer and dryer delivered were damaged and the microwave was smashed. The next day, they brought the washer and dryer, but forgot the microwave. When we called, they said we had to pick it up. (We paid for delivery). We then hooked up the refrigerator to the water supply and the next day found water leaking from the freezer onto our new floors. When we called about that problem, they said it was a manufacturers issue and that I had to deal with them separately. This is less then 30 days into having the appliances. When I went to the store to discuss this, I was told there was nothing they could do to help, even though we paid for delivery and that I had to get the microwave myself. They also could not take the fridge back. They referred us to the manufacturers 1-800 contact number, which then gave us a date for a service tech to look at the refrigerator. The service tech who works for a completely different company did not know about the date the manufacturer told us because the manufacturer overbooked and miscommunicated. The service tech was extremely helpful and very nice, thankfully. I have had to leave work now three times to deal with this issue and now a forth to fix the fridge. I am extremely disappointed.

      Purchased a brand new ********** range on July 11, 2022. It DIED on Aug 28, 6 weeks later! Service will be available on Sept 15...3 weeks later. 6 weeks old, unusable, but keep paying the bill. Obviously, still under manufacturer warranty AND I purchased extended...thank God! Local, professional repair (not authorized by ********** but name provided by Orville corporate) willing to come out in a few days. Orville corp said they would reimburse that company $79.00 and I could pay the balance. Oh, I have manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and because I dont want to wait 3 weeks to get my 6 week old range repaired, I have to BUY the parts?!! And ********** says if I DO NOT wait the full 3 weeks, and go with another company that VALUES customer service, my warranty might be in jeopardy. My warranty is not working for me now.
      On a side note, when I called Orville's to ask a question regarding reimbursement, the only person working the floor (no manager in) was my salesman. He cut me short, not even offering to call back, BECAUSE HE HAD CUSTOMERS WAITING. I really didn't care. Wasn't I the more important customer having ALREADY purchased 2 ranges and a fridge from him 6 weeks ago? No, no I wasn't.

      The dishonesty of this company is something that I have never encountered before!
      We ordered NEW stove and refrigerator when they were delivered they said the refrigerator would not fit through the door. I measured and it would fit. While I was outside measuring the other guy installed the stove. When I pulled out the stove to finish the backsplash I noticed the side and back were severely damaged.
      I called they at first said you have to report damage within 48 hours then gave me 150 dollars to shut me up!
      The guy who put that stove on had to see the damage and put it in anyway!
      Very dissatisfied!!!
