      I clicked on the unsubscribe bottom; however, it won’t work. I have sent them a email; however, the company continually harassing me with uninviting emails and events.

      4/30/2024, Two days prior I got a call from a secretary asking for ALL the details of the case. I gave all the details. She referred me to Heather on a Tuesday for a consultation. The consultation lasted for 5 or 6 minutes, when it was supposed to be an hour. I paid $150 for the hour, so I should receive at least partial payment back. I was told there was nothing they could do, which is easily something they could have figured out prior to the payment and the consultation. When I gave all the same exact information. Twice. As if that secretary call didn't even happen. I liked this job and my whole entire life is riding on it, I'm not happy. I'm incredibly upset and now you stole money from someone without a job. Further more, I was sent an email demanding I take down a bad review or they wouldn't give me my refund, or at least not give me my refund 'quickly.'

      On Friday, March 22, 2024. I paid for a consultation. The same day, I cancelled the appointment and requested a refund. I was told 3-5 days to get a refund depending on my bank. On Monday, March 25, I called to follow up. Was told 5-7 days to get a refund. This does not work for me. I requested refund immediately. Credit card transactions don't take 5-7 days to process. Called to resolve several times, eventually spoke to Shannon E*****, Director, who refused to get me to the person who could process the refund transaction. She hung up on me. I tried to call to file a complain with the company, I was transferred to Shannon E***** again. She hung up on me a second time. I just want my $150 back and to bring attention to this unacceptable lengthy process to get a refund.

      I hired Tully Rinchey in july of 2022 for my divorce the retainer was $6000After Paul T. e was my attorney not answering my calls ..retracting everything we talked about in our initial call. He was a mess never responded to me. Fast forward to May of 2024.. I was never notified of court and come to find out it was a hearing. I received a call from his office asking me if I was on my way to court. I said court... I never received a thing from my attorney on any court appearance. The court was held up an hour and 1//2 waiting for me to get there for him to give away the house and everything to my husband.. We were in court for 1 0 minutes total. He charged me for 2 1/2 hours on my invoice when it should have been 10 minutes. He screwed up..he eats the money. If I knew I had court I would have been there on time.Never notified me.. the company eats the money I want my money for all charges on my invoices that are fraud I never went to court in Onondaga county court but charged for it two different monthly invoices. I actually went to Cayuga county court. I went through every invoice with Don $ che$$$$$$ on the phone about 2 hours for him to make excuses as to why I was charged. He said he was going to look into it and call me back to inform me that they would write off the 560 something dollars. This is in edition to the 6000 I paid. I refused that credit. I want all of my money that there firm fraudulently charged me for things there firm never did. received a call in October of 2023 from a girl from Tully Richey law firm requesting stuff from me. I told her I have been waiting for my attorney to call me she informed me that my attorney is no longer with the firm. I said i'm still waiting to receive my divorce I paid for.. I spoke to Leslie on the phone and she was nasty telling me that I didn't know what I was talking about about. Everywhere I go it's a road block. I want all of my money I am owed.. Do not so business with this Law firm!!!!!!

      As an initial matter, due to the attorney-client privilege, the Firm is limited in what information it can disclose regarding a Client’s legal matter. As such, the Firm responds to the Client’s complaint accordingly. The Firm categorically denies all allegations made by Ms. *******.  

      As Ms. ******* states in her BBB complaint, she retained the Firm in her pending divorce.  The Firm completed the services we were retained for. 

      We have had numerous conversations with Ms. ******* and attempted to answer all of her questions and address her concerns.  While we offered to provide Ms. ******* a courtesy discount with respect to her fees, as she states in her BBB complaint, she refused that offer.  There are numerous occasions where we attempted to reach Ms. ******* and she did not respond.

      The Firm stands by our position that the services we provided were reasonable and necessary.  

      If this response does not resolve Ms. ******* complaint, we plan to defend ourselves against these allegations and if necessary will disclose confidential information as ethically permissible to defend ourselves but not to a greater extent needed to reasonably accomplish the purpose of defense. 

      We encourage Ms. ******* to contact our office directly to resolve her concerns and to retract this complaint.

      TULLY RINCCKEY charged me for services I NEVER requested. I am a United States Army 100% disabled veteran, serving our country in Germany. I called the billing department several times and explained to Mr. Peter C***** that I NEVER requested the services whereas I was being billed. Mr. C***** hung the phone up on me each time. I called the service desk and each time I reminded them I was calling from Germany. Each time they would forward my call to Mr. C*****.

      This is a sad situation. There is no way for me to fight this. Could you please help. paying over $600.00 for services from an attorney whereas I never requested is wrong. Please help.

      October and November and December fees were paid totaling 7,140.50 and they do not have justification for all of the fees but they tried to get us to pay more to tell us what the outcome of their previous meetings(already paid for would be) We had to repeatedly reach out to get information. Their counsel was incompetent and told the employer he could serve their client AWOL papers. They did not advise us that they gave this permission. They argued with us and were rude and combative when we complained about their lack of communication.
      We are worse off now than before we hired them because they now cut off my husband's paycheck and the lawyers did nothing to question or prevent this when my husband is ill and receiving treatment for a DOL approved injury he received while in service to the employer that is lying about him and trying to fire him for that lie. What kind of scam law firm takes all your money and then refuses to meet with you(the client)? This one.
      I have dates and details of email interactions and can provide those as well but we don't even have information about their interactions why in power of attorney status, on our behalf!

      I did not agree to pay a retainer butu I was charged anyway. The company said they would refund, but a refund has never been issued.

      I paid a $5,000 retainer to the lawyers at Tully Rinckey. After deciding to no longer work with them I asked for the remainder of my retainer. Within the contract, it is stated that I can receive the remainder of my retainer ($2,432.50) back. I was told that I would receive it in 2-3 weeks time. It has been over 4 weeks and I have not yet received my money back.
      They initially said that the money would be deposited into the account I used to pay them, but then I received an email stating that I would receive a check in the mail. Either way, the money has not been returned.
      In addition, upon receipt of my last invoice from Tully Rincky, they overcharged me by $15.

      Mal practice. Messed up my osc complaint by filing with mspb court.

      Plain and simple osc would have investigated for free mspb costs money to hire an attorney and they exploited that.  My new attorney even questioned why we filed mspb case when I had an osc case already that had not finished yet.  I could always have appealed to mspb if osc didn’t do anything.  I want my 35k back I spent bc they dooped me.****

      I retained Tully Rinckey law firm in May of 2022, and they told me that they could help me for 5,000 change my discharge from an Other than honorable to a general under honorable conditions. They in turn took my 5,000 and did absolutely nothing for about a year and 7 months. Then tried to charge me an extra 1,300 for work they did not do. They told me they requested my medical records even though they said they never got them. A whole year and seven months later they told me they never received my medical records as they tried to charge me once again. I wrote a 2-and-a-half-page statement that ****** ****** revised for me that still went nowhere as they charged me again for nothing because at this point, they just wanted more money. They did not complete the retainer agreement of the 5,000 I gave them because they never submitted a petition to the bord for corrections of ***** records requesting a discharge upgrade in a year and seven months. I have attached the documentation for you guys to review explaining what they charged me for which was absolutely nothing which is why I would like a refund. I am a military vet who went to this law firm for help and got robbed. Because they did nothing but give me the run around and charge me for emails and conversations which weren't many. Please review the invoices I have attached at the bottom. Please help I don't know what else I can do.
