      My experience with Allen S. was nothing but professional. I was referred to Allen by a former colleague and he did not disappoint. Allen was very down to earth, very knowledgeable and he thoroughly explained the EEO and ADR process, while helping me manage my expectations for resolution. I was well represented in my ADR and so I felt heard by management in my complaint. If you’re looking for strong representation in your EEO case, I would highly recommend that you reach out to Allen S. He did a fabulous job and I am a satisfied client.

      We were extremely taken back by how unprofessionalism and true rudeness of the attorney we paid for a consult for
      He treated us very disrespectfully during our paid 1 hr consult. First, we paid for 1 hr and the Attorney ended the call abruptly after 27 min 50 sec. Michael was incredibly rude and continued to cut us off as we were trying to provide details. Instead of professionalism we received an attorney who seemed annoyed, distracted and 100% not compassionate or caring as the website describes. I will be sure to spread the word to my large community of associates in the Real
      Estate and Mortgage industry, and my husband connections with **** **** ***** that no one should expect decent or fair communication with this firm. I am baffled by the rudeness and disrespect shown to us over the phone. We were interrupted and shouted at, completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. I cannot stress that enough. If you are looking for good or even okay representation, STAY AWAY FROM Tully

      firm?? I would rate them no stars but you have give them star.what a joke. what a joke of firm from top to the bottom client relations director did absolutely nothing. I was gona use this firm. then place I work for finally change mind fix everything. so even though I closed my case the firm still couldn’t get my address correctly. I had tell them three times yes three times what a joke yes a what a joke?? extremely disappointed called director she had attitude you spoke me three times I said sure because non competent staff can’t get my address correctly?? it doesn’t take machine weeks print check they print by thousands I have family members fixing machines printing checks point is I had cancel my escrow of my condo my escrow check camed from California October cancel 1st I got it on 7th this check firm New York it should not be taking long DONT USE THIS FIRM I sent emails to the to of firm and nothing mad

      So I paid $150 for up to an hour federal employment law consultation with D from Tulley Legal from noon to 1pm. Most responses to my questions were pretty much depends on judge and need to wait for decision. Although I did discover I can ****** docket and apparently I'm not receiving pertinent court documents shown in case. Thought doesn't hurt to try, but obviously waste of time and $. Conversation ended with being advised of $25k "*********" retainer fee should I choose to hire firm. Now I get why they wait until end of consultation to advise of impending fees. Most exorbitant to date.
      Then I received following email (note the time);

She's thorough, great at keeping us informed, and even better at talking us off the ledge when things take forEVer!       I received an LOI because of some public trust concerns under the suitability factors on my EQIP; I contacted Tulley Rinckey law firm and was introduced to Dan M***** Dan is a former security manager who served two inspector generals. He brought his decades of experience to bear on my response to my agency. He was fantastic and he and his staff were very responsive and answered all my questions. They help me deliver a very detailed and comprehensive response. I received a favorable decision within days of submission. I maintained my security clearance thanks to Tully Rinckey and Dan M***** I will go nowhere else for future security or employment needs and I highly recommend you do the same.

      Attorney Michael F represented me in a disability case against a very large government agency. From day one, his communication was excellent. He responded to all my phone calls, text messages, and concerns thoroughly and respectfully. He was transparent and honest and explained things in an easy to understand manner to ensure that I understood the road in front of me.
      Attorney F  took on my case when another attorney withdrew himself as my counsel 3 days prior to my hearing because he didn’t believe my case could win during litigation. Michael F  came in and embodied my case. He litigated and presented my case in a way that would have you to believe he was there in the room, when I was being mistreated. Mr F  attention to detail during litigation was unmatched & every mistake the agency made, he caught it. There are truly not enough words to describe my appreciation for Attorney F  and his team.
