    Last Month in DEC 2022 I found I have been getting charged for Renters Insurance $14.50 since June 2022. I asked the Front Office of my apartment complex, and they told me to send proof and I would get a refund for having it. So I sent proof to the email address they sent me on DEC 27 20 and got back that my additional interest is missing or listed incorrectly (we all know that's a money grab because you can still see our address), very next day on 28 DEC 2022 I sent them the one they wanted but still got charged for on Jan 2023. I called 2 times asked for the manager and I asked how do I go about getting my refund? They said we will give you back 4 months but they are technically only allowed to do 3 months so I asked for all 8 months if you can break the rules and give more they said no and they would process the 4 months refund, Then I said no I don't agree with the 4 months refund because I want all of it! I was informed on the 2nd call that the 4 month refund has been approved, I said it better not have been where is the 8 months. It was their and my apartment complex fault that I was not informed about this. Stop Stealing Peoples Money! I have been at this apartment complex for 5 years and never had to submit proof of insurance. Thieves give me my money back, Its mine and not yours.

    I purchased in a advanced their renters insurance for the year of 2022, which was a little over 200$. Fast forward to nov 2022. I had to suddenly move with my wife to another state & break our lease 2 months in advanced. When breaking my lease I noticed that for the last 10 months I had been being charged for renters insurance, air filters & a garbage bag sittin outside where garbage goes. The entire 10 months I was there .. I bought my own air filters. Not once did they bring or was supplied one. 10 bucks a month. Which is 100$ bucks. I got charged for a garbage bag of garbage 35$ bucks because trash wasn’t collected for another few days. Why am I being charged for a trash bag? Filters y’all didn’t supply & renters insurance I already paid for. I have called multiple times & they lied & said they put it towards my rent every month. IPAID MY RENT EVERY MONTH NOTHING WAS EVERY PUT ON! how could i have been credited every month if you didn’t hear about this till nov 9th 2022. 10 months later. I want my money. That’s over 300 bucks y’all are trying to pull a fast one on & im over it! This company is absolutely horrible!
