On May3, 2022 I made a deposit of $4300.00 to Blu View Windows to have windows installed in my home, I was told that the windows would arrive by the end of July or August 2022, When they did not arrive I called the company ************, each time that I called an answer machine would come on to say leave message and someone will get back to you, this on for awhile. On September 28,2022 I decided to go to the company in person. Upon arrival I don’t not see any signs for Blu View Window, so I inquired inside the building to one of the other office and was told you are the third person look for that company today . I was given the number to the Sheriffs department to file a complaint, upon arrival there Iwas instructed to file the complaint with the local police in Troy, New York which I did. After filing the complaint I remember that I still had a business Carl from the salesman for Blu View Window, I called that number and he said the correct address was * ******* ****** ******* *** **** no* * ******** ***** ******* *** ****. I drove to this location upon my arrival there was a letter attached to the door stating that they had been evicted. I just want my deposit of $4300.00 returned to me this money that I borrowed due to theft t that my windows has to be replaced which I hoped would have been in by winter I appreciate any help that you can give me. It will greatly appreciate it? ****** *****Initial Complaint

Ordered replacement window in April of 2022, gave them a $900 deposit and never heard from them again about updates on install date. Tried several times to contact the business as the original install date of September arrived and no answer received. So now I am out $900 dollars and have no replacement windows as promised and cannot get any information. Sales Manager Roger D*****, the agent I gave the check to, has left the business.Initial Complaint

Contacted BluView to install replacement windows in February. Chris P. came to my house, gave me a quote and we signed a contract for install between April and May. I paid over $6000 deposit for the windows. In June when no windows were installed I started calling the company for updates. I was told that there was an issue with argon gas and that the windows would be installed by August. After numerous calls and no set install date or solution I asked for a refund for my windows. In addition I contacted the manufacturer the windows that is based out of Clifton Park. I was assured there was never an argon shortage and they had no record of an order placed for windows in my name. Irvin, an employee, stated multiple times that the owner has issued my a refund, however over a month later I still have not received a single window or a refund. They are now no longer returning any of my phone calls or text messages. This company is a total scam and should be prosecuted as a fraudulent business. I will be referring them to the Attorney General for prosecution.Initial Complaint

Purchased 22 windows from company November 2021 for a February 2022 install. I gave them a deposit and a month later measurements were taking and the windows were ordered. The company has failed to update me on delays and has now totally ignored my phone calls nor returned my messages. I had given them a third down in cash and they have breached the seller agreement. I am now forced to fix my existing windows before winter sets in. I would like my full deposit back or an installation date with the discount deserved for the Major inconvenience. But Blueview is not returning my calls. I guess the next step will be to hire a lawyer.Initial Complaint

Went into contract with Bluview Windows of Albany on 10/21/2021, Gave a deposit of $2600.00 on a $7,700.00 job to replace 6 windows. The on or about contract date for installation was 01/30/2022.Since May of 2022, I have been getting the run around about not having product and the supply chain etc. I then heard through weekly follow up on my part the windows were in and ready to schedule, this was 08/082022 and since there has been one excuse after another, where 3 times they said they were going to install each time never showing up or excuses., No return calls, website down and after requesting my deposit back, nobody is answering the phone. The owner won't call back and the representative who sold me on the product/service claims he is no longer working at Bluview. This is unprofessional and now seems like they are scamming consumers after taking deposits and not performing the service. I cannot even determine if they even ordered my windows, I have a friend who contracted through bluview and the exact same thing is happening now too.I do not know how this will be resolved without having to get the cpb and attorney general's office involved. They are not returning my calls !!Initial Complaint

On 4/30/22 Chris P , a representative from this company, and another gentleman came to our residence after looking for a window specialist through ***** list, first mistake. They "sold" us $10,500 in windows to be installed between 6/25 and 7/25/2022 and they advised they would call with updates. We put down the $3500. deposit as requested and let them know we would wait for their call to get ready for installation. We had not heard anything from them all of May so we reached out the second week of June and got no response. We had to call from a different phone number, say that we needed to get windows installed in order to get someone to call us back. In the meantime we did some deep research on the company and realized the mistake we made as they were not accredited with the BBB. Once we finally got a call back we advised since there had been no communication we wanted to cancel our order to which we were told we could not as we signed a contract. I advised they have not fulfilled their end of the obligation and have heard nothing from them, I was told there would be no refund and they would no longer be contacting us since I was "rude to him". I called back and asked for the owners number to which Chris P advised he would not give and hung up again. My wife called him the next day and was told they had already started the process of "making" our windows. She let him know that she went to the 2 Computer Drive address to get our down payment back, the office had moved and the landlord advised they had been evicted. At that point she offered to have them give us the $3500 in windows or a refund, he advised he would not, her information was wrong and advised he would no longer be talking to her as well. They have at this point blocked our numbers, will not provide us with the owner information and will not refund any part of our money. Chris advised we would be contacted by their attorney, we have heard nothing in over three weeks.
