    We purchased a house that had centuries old windows, we paid over $18,000 to replace 25 windows with flashing. Roger came to the house, we signed a contract and we had a start date. As with the other purchasers here, agreed date came and went however, we were one of the fortunate ones who did get installation. The problem is with the flashing, to date more than a year later (and I’m already repaying the loan since when), they have not completed the installation of flashing on two of the windows. I have been calling since Jesus C***** himself was born only to leave messages for Chris either with no response or, some flimsy excuse if I do get him. Who do you call if your windows fail as per your warranty if their business is closed, who completes your job? They have already received their money and I continue to pay for work not done. Negative 5 star review, wish I could.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I failed to do my research about these con artists, and it came back to haunt me. Signed a contract in May of this year for three windows to be installed during the summer with the remaining windows to be completed in the fall. Installation date came and went with no windows and no contact or returned calls from anyone at the company. This company should be investigated by the Attorney General since these reviews all seem to have a common theme. This is a zero-star review but unfortunately in order to submit, a rating needs to be provided.

    I signed a purchase agreement on June 21, 2022 they said my windows will be ready by October 4, 2022 I called to find out what and when they were going to come and install the windows because they have not yet called me and they told me the company went out of business I gave them a deposit I’ve been calling them and calling them and they have not respond I spoke to Chris That’s the gentleman that wrote up the purchase agreement and he was the one that told me the company went out of business in June and he lost his job I’ve been calling Chris and I have not yet received a callback I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau add to the attorney general because I want my deposit back they are scam scam artist .

    I had BluVeiw Windows of Albany to put windows in my home. It took months to get done. I had a contract signed saying the windows would be installed between April and May, they never came until the middle of July. Never called to let me know when the windows would be installed. Now they won’t come and fix one of the windows! It’s called a stool. It has a gap between the sill and stool. It’s getting worse! I called and they were supposed to show up last Friday August 12th at noon never showed up! They never called either to let me know they weren’t coming. I called and they never Called me back! I would recommend to everyone not to hire them!

    Had windows installed byBluView windows of Albany. This company is a scam. After 8 months got a few windows but they never returned a phone call or gave me the screens, They have scammed quite a few people They have been evicted from their office and don't return phone calls and when they do it's all a LIE. They are only getting one star so I can post this Otherwise I wouldn't give them any. Chris P******* is the guy that promises and never returns a phone call. Yet, he takes your money.
