      I sent my camper in for repair they “ fixed it” got it home tried everything out still the same issues! After they charged me for fixing the problems. Also they repair a broken board that they broke last time it was in service they forgot the wood glue in the back room of my camper that spilt all over and ruined a couple other trim pieces in my camper.

      I purchased a used ********* 2014 ***** ******** popup camper from Albany RV for $8000. They walked me thru the unit and explained how everything worked. I requested to know if there was anything wrong with the unit and was told that it was working properly. When I got home I tried to get the unit set up and realized that the ******** popup top does not go up. This makes the unit completely unusable. I sent them repeated email to discuss the problem, but they have not responded with any indication that they want to assist me to get it fixed to a working condition. Basically they sold me an $8000 RV that is not usable.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have reached out and stated that they will repair the RV to proper working condition for the following items:  Lift systems for ******* popup, right flasher that does not work on 7 pin system they installed, propane gas burner pilot light and testing and fixing water heater and furnace if needed.  They also stated that since I have to drive 7 hours round trip they will reimburse me for my gas costs if I have to come back another time in the case that the repair cannot be completed on 5/17.  As long as this is all taken care of then I will accept that the issue is resolved.  Otherwise I expect to follow up with this complaint.

      Bought used popup camper. They never put title in my name. My lender contacted title is still in previous owners name. I contacted dmv after dealership told me its my problem. Dmv title unit says dealership needa to contact their partner division at dmv. Ita dealershipa fault the processed title wrong. I called dealership and got run aroumd now they are putting this on my lender. Before i take legal action im swnding my complaint here. Ive contacted bank to also get in touch with rv dealership. Making payments on a loan for a vehicle i have in possession but doesn't belong to me.

      My husband and I went to albany Rv back on August 13 - we were told we needed to put a 250 dollar deposit down to 'hold the rv while they worked on an approval, unfortunately we could not reach a monthly payment agreement we told them we bought elsewhere and to return the deposit , they assured us it was sent , weeks went by we had received nothing , my husband reached out to his sales person to ask where the deposit was , we have all the texts assuring us it was sent ,weeks went by nothing , on I reached back on on october 3rd and again they assured us the deposit was sent, it has not arrived in my mailbox . It now sits october 25th and we have yet to receive any money back from albany rv, this is poor customer service you are stealing what is not yours, after multiple phone calls ,text , and emails we have gotten nowhere , this is un acceptable, we want our money back !

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Just know it took me telling the company I made the complaint and magically had the check ready , I feel bad for future customers I'm not the first one to complain about not getting a refund back .
