    Ordered an item from ******, by this company. Ordered on 11/25/23, item was supposed to be shipped by 12/7. Ive reached out by email, no working number or address, ****** decided thats its taking too long for the company to shipped the item. And gave a refund, after weeks of no response they finally answered the day the refund was claimed, saying they shipped my Package to the wrong carrier and had to wait for it to come back, and reship, but will now longer ship. They have Terrible costumer services, long delayed shipping. Dont order from this company

    I placed a pre-order for a Metazoo Native Booster box on 3/8/2023. They gave 4/15/2023 as the shipping date. I e-mailed them on 4/13/23 asking if they were still shipping out our pre-oders by the 15th. I never received a reply back so on 4/16/23 I called them, they said they would be shipping them out this week. I just tried calling them again today at 11:00am EST to see what is going on and there was no answer, just a machine with an odd business name on the recording. I called my credit card company who stated that they already took my payment, so they have to start a fraud case and asked me to cut my card in half. I sell on e-bay and noticed other people already received their boxes and are now selling them.
