      Bought some crystalux led headlight bulbs. They are complete garbage, no high beam distance and the finish is bubbling already after not even 2 hours of use. **** has been extremely rude in insisting they are installed wrong when in fact I've taken the retaining ***** s**** out and literally roasted 360* and high beam is all the same, scatter and shallow. Clearly this is an inferior product charging premium price with inferior management. Buyer be ware that the owner **** will keep you trying things just to go past the return policy date when it's documented as a know issue. Buy ***** stuff, get ***** performance. DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE ME.

      This customer placed an order for some bulbs on 10/13/2023. The bulbs the customer ordered are intended for off-road use only. The customer left a review on our website on 11/8/2023 stating that his low beams were okay but the high beams were 100% trash. We emailed the customer back to help him troubleshoot the installation but the customer was extremely rude and hostile towards us. The customer has the product installed wrong and did not follow the instructions. The customer even admitted he longer had the instructions so we sent over a copy of them. The product has many ways in which it can be installed but the customer decided not to install them correctly. Therefore due to the incorrect nature of the installation the output was not as expected. We attempted to troubleshoot with the customer as best we could but the customer was extremely hostile towards us via every email. The customer also started to spam our Instagram page commenting on every single post we made with spam and continued to harass us via email. This is a hostile customer whom did not install the product correctly and rather then admit this decided to become hostile and harass our employees. Attached is an email exchange which shows the hostility of the customer.

       I stated in early emailing process they jiggle, 3 weeks later you now say they don't jiggle, I sent video proving they DO. you replied "I must have broke something", I ask what and you have no answer.  For being the supposed company owner, you act like a child when somebody leaves an honest review. How am I suppose to see obstacles driving off-road at high speed when the high beams of these cheap ******* lights literally does less than my fog light? Buyer be ware, I have documented issues of the output of these pieces of junk yet company refuses to refund or replace. He says they fit multiple ways- the don't. The light socket fits one way like it's suppose to, then you have to remove a ***** s**** and rotate the diodes. I have explained that I have installed correctly. The finish is bubbling after 2 hours of use, what's the excuse for that. The body jiggles, ZERO high beam distance, and the finish is bubbling already, factor in a company who refuses to admit a bad batch could have came from ***** while throwing a temper tantrum and the evidence points to avoiding them at all cost.

      Placed an order with 4x4TruckLEDs for LED fog lights. Customer support report reached out saying that because my billing address and shipping address did not match (their website supports using different addresses) my order would be canceled if I did not email them a picture of my drivers license. They provided no valid reasoning for needing a copy and did not provide any secure way to provide personal information or guarentee it would not be used incorrectly / accessed by anyone. Providing confadential information via email is not acceptible. Seller was ****** that because I didn't have a .com email address and wouldn't give them a scan of my drivers license they were going to cancel my order.

      Our shipping policy on our website states "Certain orders may be selected for additional ID verification should we suspect any fraud. You will be contacted if we require any additional information and may be required to submit a copy of a government issued driver's license to us to help us deter fraud. If you decline to provide us this requested documentation your order may be cancelled with any service fees we incurred held back (in the case of PayPal this is ****% + $0.49 of the entire order amount)." This policy is also displayed to customers prior to the order being finalized. Customers are required to read this policy and agree to it in order for an order to be submitted. If they do not agree with our policy they are free to shop elsewhere and not submit the order. This customer agreed to our policy when submitting the order.

      This customer's billing address was in *******, ** with the item shipping to ************ which is across the country. As part of our practice, as outlined in our policies, we emailed the customer requesting an ID because the shipping and billing addresses were different. The customer responded to us stating "the address on my drivers license won't match the billing address or shipping address". When the customer stated he did not have an ID that matches his billing or shipping address he requested that the order be cancelled and we complied by cancelling the order on the customer's request.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      They canceled the order before working with me to come up with a solution. I offered to call them to sort out verification and to change the shipping address to one that matched an ID at the cost of it not being a safe place to ship items due to it being unstaffed most of the day. They rejected all attempts remedy or work with the customer. Additionally, asking for a ID via email and discriminating against non-".com" emails is unacceptable. They provide no secure way to provide ID verification. There are a TON of reasons why an ID will not match the shipping or billing address and they should be willing to help work with the customer if they are going to reject every order that doesn't match. For example my situation, I just moved from the west coast and my billing addresses haven't been fully updated and the ship to address isn't my house as this is a gift. Every other company in existence allows shipping and billing to be different without any further verification needed via insecure methods. 


      Their terms stated MAY be subject, they provided no path forward before canceling my order and harassing via email.
