      First and last experience with 4x4truckleds.com. Product received was not of new quality as the website and staff would lead you to believe. Fortunately, my experience was only related to a rather inexpensive item, though good business practices should always be applicable in even the smallest of transactions. Im sure this company will respond, as they did for the other filed complaints, funny enough on the same gentleman I had the pleasure of conversing with it would seem, stating that the product I received was just as their website had pictured, etc. But believe you me, this product that should have been black was nearly ************ blue from the sun or heat damage it must have gone through to get here. All in all, doesnt match the other black components of my vehicle, and as such will now be a solemn reminder of my negative experience with 4x4truckleds.com. I started by emailing and requesting a return/refund with pictures of the product, which I wish I could attach here for reference. The company promptly responded and said that it looked black to them and since I opened the [unsealed] box, I was now the unhappy owner of a subpar product that I would never allow on my vehicle.If youre considering giving your business to this company, I would highly advise that you reconsider. They wont allow negative reviews on their website, so here we are. Also, dont tell them youll leave bad reviews or theyll get offended and say that youre threatening them, but only after they offend your competency as it pertains to determining if a product is of new quality.       This customer asked to return a product they had installed. Our returns policy (which the customer agreed to prior to making a purchase) states that we do not accept returns on used products. This customer already has aftermarket lighting on his vehicle to which he was trying to replace with a different aftermarket lighting product. He wasn't happy that this replacement product was no brighter then what he currently has. As such, he wanted to return the product after installing it claiming it was not bright at all. This product was intended to be a replacement over factory license plate bulbs, which are not bright. So because the customer has aftermarket license plate bulbs already, this product would not be brighter.
      Customer stated the item looked sun damage/etc... but the photos he sent didn't show that.
      After we explained our return policy the customer basically threatened to leave us a bad review if we didn't make an exception. We refused to make an exception, especially since the customer started making threats.
      We're sorry you are not happy with the product but as explained the product was installed and therefore we cannot sell it as new and it cannot be returned to us.
      Also, I handle all customer complaints which is why you emailed me and i'm responding and why the other review was responded by me.
      We're well known for our customer service and high quality products but we can't accept returns on used and installed products.
