    First off this company is misrepresenting, they claim when they come to the door that they are **** ***** *******. They will pressure people telling them that they want to do a quick demo. Then they sit in your house for hours pressuring you into a sale. First off I found out that they are not **** ***** ******* and **** has said explicitly they are not affiliated. Second their high pressure sale tactics are definitely unethical, a damage to the reputation of **** and can be a legal and moral concern that I've filed with my state. Furthermore I was told multiple times that I could return the machine but yet my emails went unanswered. On top of which they have no issue calling me multiple times but I never get a return call. Now they are calling friends and family and harassing them. I want this to stop this is not the way to do business and from what I've been reading apparently this is their way. Again they are misrepresenting themselves when they show up at people's door they are not **** ***** ******* and they are using high pressure sales tactics on the victims that they are targeting. I was ok with everything until they started calling my friends and family. Now I'm filing with my state and the BBB this is unethical and wrong.

    Hi,Sorry for the delayed response. I will break this up into a few sections of your complaint to make sure everything is covered with a clear understanding.First, Solutions Empire LLC is an authorized factory distributor for **** ***** *******. I did reach out to **** ***** ******* to see if they had communication with you on the phone about what you said and they said they do not. It is possible that you could have called another **** importer that we are not associated with. With that being said, Solutions Empire is indeed an authorized reseller of **** brand products in our distribution agreement with **** ***** *******. As for the complaint on the sales tactics I would just like to point out that you invited our reps into your home, allowed them to demonstrate the products, and then purchased a ****. I am not aware of any other problems than that as we have not spoken with you outside of the following email thread that I have attached to this message.  That email thread was on May 20th 2025 I received your complaint from the bbb initially on the 21st of May. On the email received there was no complaint mentioned and the only thing asked was what the balance is and how to pay your loan. We responded 2 minutes later with the proper contact information. So as for us not getting back in contact with you, I'm not sure how this is possible. We are not calling you, and we are not calling your friends or family. You can reach out to the finance company servicing your loan at the number provided in the email. They may be trying to call you for payment and calling your references to get ahold of you. But that has absolutely nothing to do with us. We do not target people or treat any human beings to make them feel like victims. We cannot accept a return on the product at this time since we are far outside of the window to cancel the contract or our return policy. I think we have a very misunderstood situation here right now with anger and frustration addressed at the wrong parties. Please let me know whatever I can do to help this situation or explain things further. Calling us to help address and explain this over the phone would not be a bad idea either. We are more than happy to walk you through this. If you ever need anything for your ****. Whether it be parts, service, or accessories, we are here for you at anytime.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Apparently it is your financial servicers that are causing all the issues, that you are saying, I pretty much knew the response I was going to get because it's a pass the buck world anymore. So I'm just going to say thank you, have a nice day and I will warn all people not to let them in the door. Oh and they might want to know that a lot of area's in Indianapolis have it posted no soliciting as my area is one of those but the lady promised 15 minutes which turned into 3 hours later, because they weren't going to leave until a machine was bought. Next time I'll just automatically call the police.

    Called unsolicited and stated they were referred from a friend. My friend confirmed they never did business with, nor contacted the company to give them my information

    Hi,

    I understand that a phone call from any company unsolicited is not always going to be a great experience. In my nearly 10 years of operating a referral based company there have been many cases as to where someone refers someone and then when the reference asks the person who referred them what is about, The easiest thing to say is I never referred you to avoid further conflict. I am not saying anyone is lying here AT ALL. But we do have a reference sheet with ****’s name on it that can confirm he was referred. I won’t put any other info in the message for the security and privacy of others on the referral sheet. But I can promise you, it isn’t a coincidence that we met with one person and then we call you saying that they referred you. How else would we get your information and know that you know each other?

    Again, I understand your frustration. And I empathize with it in the same way that someone would instead of communicating the truth with you, they place my company’s integrity in jeopardy with such a claim.     I received a call stating that I had won a free air purifier. But they had to come out and show me how it worked, the big room one. They came on 9/26, Emily was the sales representative. I ended up being talked into buying the room air purifier that is also a vacuum. They also took my two vacuums! This cost me $******* I have been trying to look for a number to return this air purifier. I can’t carry it from floor to floor. I am disabled and out of work due to this disability. The company is rude and unfriendly and unforgiving. Please help me! Don’t let anyone else get scammed by them!!!

    To whom it may concern, ****** just called into our office stating that she would like to return the product. Unfortunately ****** is past our cancellation policy. ****** purchased the **** *** ******** on 9/25/2023 and her cancellation date on the contract is not later than midnight of 9/28/2023.  I explained this was on the contract that the customer signed and verified with the finance company and that it was verified by ****** that she signed and received the contract. At this time accepting a return is not possible as the finance company owns the contract and it is past the cancellation date. Please see the attached contract for this information as well. Please do not list the price on this BBB complaint as ****** received a significant discount from the original $**** for her trade ins and other applicable discounts. Regards,  Mike

    On March 20,2023 we purchased a Hyla Vacuum from Empire Solutions LLC. Paid $2,000.00 with a personal check that "got us the cash discount". The check was cashed the same day. Utilizing the 3 day rescind period I contacted the office. I made arrangements early in the morning of March 23,2023 to bring the machine back to them as it did not live up to the expectations. Within minutes of the 1st conversation I was called back and told Jermey would be in my area and he would stop by and pick it up. By 1:30pm he hadn't shown at this point I was getting nervous so I called the office back. I told Nicole that we would be over in 20-30 minutes because the salesman still hadn't shown up or called. A few minutes later she called and stated we "could not come as the machines have to be locked up and she doesn't have a key to the room". I called back a few minutes later and asked for the fax# so I could fax the paperwork for the rescind. I was told "we don't have that" after pressing further she gave me her personal work email to send it to. Another few minutes go by and Nicole calls me back stating she just received a text from Jeremy stating " don't bother with the paperwork he would honor the rescind because we were a cash transaction and it would be easy". I called again the next morning spoke with an unidentified man who said he would text the salesman and he would get back to me. Again no show - no call. I feel I was deliberately being stonewalled. As part of the deal they took my 2 vacuums, one being a Dyson with all attachments, the other an upright Shark. I would like to have the two vacuums returned along with my $2,000.

    Called business and spoke with Mike who stated that he was not aware of the complaint and does not know why the consumer submitted.  We have stayed in constant contact with the consumer.  He received his refund and has cashed the check.
