    This is a Prymid Scheme business. They are selling glorified air purifier vacuums for your home. I spend hours in there for orientation. It was all about the product not the business itself but the product your are selling. You dont get paid for orientation I wasted 3 hours in their for orientation that you dont get paid for. They only wanted to sell the product that you selling to you.

    Within the 3 day rescind period I made contact with Empire Solutions LLC and voiced my choice to exercise the right to rescind. Nicole A at the office & I made arrangements for me to drop off the paperwork and the vacuum after noon that same day. Many phone calls back and forth took place with her eventually saying I could not come to the office and drop off the **** Vacuum, they needed to be locked up and she doesn't have a key, so don't come, JW**** (sales person) would stop by and pick it up as he was in the area. When he did not show I got nervous and thought what if he doesn't show and my 3 days are done! So I called Nicole back and asked for a fax number so I could fax to the office the rescind paper. She did not give me a fax number but gave me her email with ********** As I was getting ready to send a copy of the paperwork Nicole called back and stated she received a text from Jeremy saying don't bother with the paperwork he will honor the rescind and pick up **** and paperwork tomorrow. NO SHOW NO CALL again. Dishonest people to deal with. Not good to their word. Deliberately misled me so the 3 day period would be past due.
    If I could give a negative rating for customer service, communication and company transparency they would get it.

    Not a company you want to do business with. Customer service is rude and does not answer questions you need answered, and they refer to their bad reviews as "a few bad eggs" without mentioning every person who has a bad review is experiencing the SAME exact issues. SCAM SCAM

    there are a miss leadinding company.. did not get my 500 dollars off my old vacuam.. she boosted my credit without permission. i did not agree to get the vacuam. don't know who has my contract. no one will call me back to tll me.i aske to pick this vacuam up. they will not come and get it. only had it 3 days. she said you only have 3 days to return it. she's didn;t tell the truth about anything.. had to get a lawyer and contact the attornry generals office and the BBB. i reget doing business with this company. she miss lead me about everying. all i want is to return my vacuam and cancale my contract.
