  So far we are loving our Hyla! It is so much easier to use than all of our other clunky devices and our home always smells amazing due to the scents that came with it! Working with our salesman was such a pleasure. We are excited for a cleaner future for our family

  Had the vacuum for 6 months had to send in because power button and rev switch stopped working. Parts were coverd but labor was not. Spent 3000$ on this vacuum that needed to be fixed in the first 6 months, the repair cost still was 100$. I would never buy this product ever again, I could have bought a 500$ vacuum every year for 6 years for the cost of this product, it is a waste of money NEVER BUY FROM THEM they take advantage and don’t care about the customer. Please anyone reading this run far away, these are junk products not worth the time effort or money!!!! A product that cost 3000+$ should last years without problems!!! This has only been used in our house never anywhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would

  I own a **** and the salesman that came to my house was Andrew he was a very nice young man that told me from the start that I didn’t have to buy it, just my opinion. Well I enjoyed the presentation very much and was disgusted about how much dust I breathe and lay on. I had to buy it! I even got a discount for trading my old ***** in!!!!

  I had a Hyla a few years ago that quit working but the company wouldn’t do amytsbout it. A man came to my house shortly after ny husband oassed away. I told him I couldn’t afford one. He stayed nearly 2 hours and would not take no for an answer. His name is Frankie, I was so exhausted I couldn’t get him to take no for an answer. He said it would do my whole house, it does mot. It only cleans some of the air in one riom. No better than the old one. I was grieving and wanted the two men to leave. Niw I am stuck with something too big for my rooms that i hate and can’t afford because I have all my husbands medical bills. My smsll sir vleaners work much better. Don’t waste your money if you let them in your house they won’t leave until you give in out if frustration. I hate it.

  Paid about $3,000.00 , 1 and half year ago to a vaccum cleaner !
  I had a series of objections about quality and price. The salesman had answers for all objections.
  Anyway, I was already hooked, because they convinced me to resell it. They convinced me that I could be a great sales manager of my region (south Miami), reselling those vaccums. I asked and they said it wasn't mlm (multi level marketing).
  By the end of the looong product presentation, I still had my doubts to pay about $2300 in a vacuum cleaner, plus $800 in an accessory to clean beds, and carpets. My last resort was to say that my credit cards were full - but they had a financial company. So, I bought that day the vaccum cleaner- to my regret.
  Now, after 12 months paying, I still owe almost same amount of the beggining. And they launched the same debt 2 times on the credit bureaus.
  If you become their reseller, your job is basically hand them a list of YOUR friends, that could buy this vaccum at that ridiculous price. After trying with one fiend, that got pissed with me, and cancelled the sale, I understood that I would have all my friends against me also.

  Thieves. They did an in-home demonstration with the promise of a free air cleaner, then after we ordered a vacuum from them, they told us the air cleaner was just a demo and the promised one would be shipped to use short, along with several upgrades we paid for for the vacuum. Nothing was ever shipped to us, even after multiple contacts and many promises. The short story here is they are con men and crooks.

  I was told that I would get a free gift if I watched a demonstration of a HYLA air filter by a salesman called Griffin. I agreed that I would and he came back with a woman who gave me a sales talk and then left. She said the salesman would demonstrate the machine. After watching his demonstration for 45 minutes when I told the salesman that I had a doctors appointment in 30 minutes and that he needed to hurry up his presentation, he said he had to speak to his office, when in reality he called the same woman who was outside in a car. He then said since I had not listened to the full presentation, I could not get the free gift. When I said okay I will listen to the full demo they refused and very rudely said that I still could not have the free gift. They did not even clean up their trash and left two dirty papers on my living room floor (I have a photo) and left. Such people should not be allowed to roam the streets looking for suckers to pay $ 4,000 for an air filter and a vacuum and then even after watching the demo and refusing to buy it, still not abide by their word to give you the free gift. This is unconscionable and should be illegal.

  I love my hyla machine. I love how it keeps my air smelling so much cleaning and it also makes the air easier to breathe in.
