1 starThis is so wrong! A very nice young woman came to my door with "a gift", asked how I freshened the air in my home, wanted to share with me a product and just get my opinion. I was on my way out the door, so she asked if she could stop by the next day. Two days later she comes again, shows me the little product, when I asked about the bigger one she was describing she said she had to get something out of her car, came back in with a young man lugging three boxes, introduces me to her business partner then leaves! I didn't want to be rude, I know these young people are just trying to earn a living so I politely let him demonstrate what turned out to be a water filter vacuum! After almost two hours, and alot of pressure to reconsider my rejection to buy the $4000 system (he called "his boss" and they came down to $2800/ $85 per month payment plan), his ride just suddenly appeared and he packed up and left.
They had parked their vehicles out of sight a couple houses away, sent a non threatening very personable young woman with a "gift", then snuck a salesman in and abandon a senior citizen, with too big a heart, to be subjected to this sales pitch! I should not have let them in my house! Lesson learned!
The product itself was impressive, but the way they did it completely convinced me not to buy the product!Review fromShawn M

1 starHorrible sales pitch! They should start off with, "with a $4500. purchase you'll receive a small gift." Instead at 7:45 at night I walk outside after hearing my doorbell & she 1st said she was new to the neighborhood & was giving me a small gift but come to find out she's trying to be a salesman. After telling her there was no way I was letting a stranger in my home, she continued asking to come in. Long story short, towards the end of probably 20 minutes of standing in my driveway the price was mentioned even though I clearly stated I wasn't interested in purchasing the product I politely walked her to her vehicle & discovered she had 2 other people with her?? LOL, she also took back the gift. Very sketchy & tacky!Review fromAmy W

1 starI recently got pressured into buying a Hyla air purifier by two sales reps. I was misled into believing that if I bought their incredibly expensive machine that day for $3964 that day I would be saving $1000. When I asked how much the interest would total on the $100 monthly payment plan they proposed. I was told around $500 or 13%. However when I received the first bill it stated that if I only payed this minimum payment my total interest would be $1,469.60. I also still haven't received the promised box of fragrances that go with the air purifier/ vacuum. Feeling scammed.Review fromTay C

1 starAbsolutely horrible sales rep visited me at my home at 6:30 in the evening. He told me that the air purifier was a gift and that there was NO catch. Simply just recommend this company to my friends. We talked for about 5 minutes and when he asked to come inside to help me set it up and I told him no thank you, my house wasn’t ready for any guests he then yanked the air purifier out of my hands before I could even finish the words “you can have this back” he already had it in his hands when I finished my sentence he then mocked me and said “oh I can have it back?? Thanks” in the most sarcastic tone I have ever heard. I don’t know his name or where his location but he just made this company I had never heard of look really bad. I will never even consider buying from this company. I have read countless reviews that say the same thing and how disappointed people are in this company and its employees. I feel sorry for anyone who gets scammed into falling for whatever this company claims they have to offer.Review fromMelissa H

1 starThey just came to my house to give me a "free" purifier I told them I was sick and I had to leave work he just kept talking I kept telling him I was sick he gave not one care then he has the nerve to say "so your not going to let me in to show you how it works" no I'm sick then he asked for the "free" gift back and said something like feel better as he laughed. This company is a joke like for one I'm not letting a strange man that shows up at my house at 7:40 pm in seriously. 1 starBought this product thinking that it will Beneficial to my kids. I've had it for about a month and now its leaking all over the place. Paying 3000 dollars for a product that doesn't work and leaks all over the place is Observe. These people come into our house and lie about a product that really crap. Ruined our mattress and it's given me a bloody nose. The distributor was rude and unhelpful. She made us feel rushed to make a decision and did not disclose that there was a 3 day cancelation window.
do NOT buy a Hyla.
