    I had an auto accident back in July. I went to Chuck Taylor’s body shop for an estimate. Brandon T***** and I discussed the damage to my car. I explained that I was not working and my insurance would cover only 30 days of a rental car. Because of that, I did not want to take the car in until he had the parts in to fix it. He agreed and told me that it would take two weeks to fix my car. He called me and told me to bring the car in on July 25, 2022. I did that. After two weeks, I had heard nothing from them. I called the body shop on August 12 and spoke to Anthony T*****. He said that he would have Brandon call me back. Brandon never called me back. I called again on August 19 and spoke to Anthony again. He told me that they had to order additional parts. On August 23 I called again and spoke to Brandon. I reiterated the fact that I could not afford a rental car and he told me my car should be done by August 26. He stated that if it was not done that he would provide me with a loaner car. I asked him to keep me updated. He never did. On September 4, I sent an email to Brandon explaining my frustration and asking him to please contact me with a status. I never heard from him. I called again on September 9 and spoke to Brandon. He told me that he was waiting for a part, that it should be in on September 9 and the car should be ready for me on September 12. On September 14, I called and spoke to Anthony. He told me that the part was in and the hold up was probably with the technician. On September 16, I stopped in and spoke to Brandon. He told me that they were still waiting for a part and that he would have a loaner by the end of the day and would call me. He still has not called me. He gave me his cell phone number on that day and I have been texting him every day asking about my car and a loaner. He continues to promise me a loaner but never follows through. I am out over $1300 for a rental car. I cannot afford this. I believe he should fix my car at no charge.
