    If I could tell whoever is reading this to run away so far from this body shop, personally, I WOULD. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional, lying, and manipulative people in my life. I had recently been hit on my passenger side, needing repairs done to both doors and the frame. ***** **** referred me to Chuck Taylor's Body Shop once everything with the insurance was ready, set, go. I called them to ask for their availability and they gave me Monday September 25, 2023. I brought my car to them on that Friday (due to me not being able to get there on Monday) and did not see my car until OVER A MONTH.

    Recently had my daughters car in for repair and they did an excellent job. Everyone was polite and courteous and answered all questions quickly. I was most impressed a month later when we brought it in due to the heat shield coming loose and hanging under the car. They told us this was not part of the repairs they had completed, but brought the car in and fixed it for us free of charge [even though we offered to pay]. Problem fixed on the spot and excellent service, we will definitely be bringing our cars back for any body work needed. You do not see customer service like that anymore...thank you Chuck Taylor's Body Shop !!!!
