    Ordered Dec 16, 2024. Received only one painting January 17, 2025. Order # ******. I paid $52.95 for a BOGO deal plus 8.95 shipping.

    They claim that because I didn’t add two items to the cart, that I wouldn’t receive two items even though I paid for the Bogo deal.

    It let me upload two pictures one for each piece of art so I obviously assumed that the Bogo deal was the one item added to the cart because it says Bogo painting in the description.

    They claim that it was user error and it’s my fault that I didn’t receive two products. But I never would have paid $52 for one painting. i’ve talked to customer service multiple times via email. They take a very long time to respond and basically send the same thing that they are sorry that this inconvenienced me but it’s my fault.

    On 9/15/24 I ordered 4 paint by numbers from paintlyshop. Their website states your order will arrive 5-10 business days from the time your order clear customs. I was provided with a tracking number and received an email stating it cleared customs 9/22/24. I contacted them 16 days after clearance and was told I had to wait for my package to arrive. I finally received my order today 10/16/24. I paid 13.95 in shipping to paintly. I was notified shipping was counterfeit and I had to pay an addition $20.20 to receive my package.

    I placed an order on the business's website on May 12, 2024 for $72. I received confirmation and an order number. I never received an email with shipping information, which the website promises. When I try to track the order on the website using my order number, it says the order is unfulfilled. I've tried to contact the business by the customer support email address listed on the site, and my email bounces back with a message saying the email address does not exist. I"ve tried to contact through Facebook private messaging but have heard nothing. Their Facebook page has many comments from other angry customers who are in the same situation as mine. It is clearly a scam that is just taking people's money.

    On April 22nd I emailed the company again asking for updates on my order.
    Instead of an updated they responded they were canceling the order, and I have received the refund.

    On Dec 3 2023 I purchased a canvas from the company "Painty". They do a paint by numbers canvas which was to be a Christmas present. I paid 55 dollars for the item. I purchased the item using ****** and am disputing the charge with them. When I paid I expected to receive a tracking number immediately but wasn't too surprised that it was there directly after purchase. I waited for one week for the tracking number or any information. After that and for two more weeks I sent multiple emails which went ignored. I then started to message them on social media saying I was going to leave bad reviews. The messaged me back almost immediately and said I'd have a tracking number by the morning. Three days later I received a fake tracking number with a link to where to track it. The website they provided said it was a fake tracking number. Many, many reviews on thier website are claiming the same as I. It's no so much the amount of money, they are literally stealing from people.

    I did finally receive my package from the business. I never got a reply from them but I received my paintings.  **** *******

    I have been speaking with Bianca for months about resolving an issue with the creative team about my order. She has been avoiding my emails and often doesn’t respond until I send 5 emails in a row. I need the canvas print to be re-designed as Paintly stretched my picture without my consent and I don’t not like the picture they printed on canvas. I would either like a refund or re-ship a new print to me.

    Bianca has told me she will send me a replacement and speak with upper management but that was weeks ago and still has not responded


    This is outside their refund time, however, I was within it when I first filed a complaint in May. I want a refund or a replacement.

    I placed an order on 12/7/22. The order has still not arrived. I have submitted multiple claim tickets and always get the same canned response that there hay have been an issue with shipping. The first tracking number stated it was coming from NJ and then I was emailed a new one that states the product is in China and no changes since 12/23. I paid $29.95+ for a painting and have not received it and never get anywhere through their support. My last support ticket I requested a refund and was ignored. This has been beyond ridiculous and something needs to be done about this company

    Order a month ago and never received anything. Tracking number is not legit and come in all Chinese. No response to emails and won’t provide refund.
