    I ordered a painting from them one time and while it took awhile to get, I loved it. I then decided to order four more in March. The order is still in “Order” status and has not shipped. I have emailed several times with no reply. I can’t find a phone number to call. I’m now out over $100. DO NOT BUY!!

    I made an order in Late January hoping to get it by Valentine's Day to paint as a gift. Not only did I not receive it for Valentine's day. I never received it at all. I had the proper shipping address. It just never made it to me. And I tried to contact Paintly 4 times over the course of weeks. But never heard a single thing back. Very, very upsetting to lose out on my money.

    if i could i would not even give one star. they say orders shipped 1-3 days, then she told me another 2 days. its been 13 days and as is typical according to other reviews - she stops responding to your inquiries. i was an idiot and used my debit card, should have used my credit card so i could cancel my payment.
    DO NOT BUY FROM PAINTLY.COM. you wont see yoru order

    I ordered a paint by number through them. I did receive in a timely manner but the paint was hard and more like clay. I emailed customer service right away asking to return it and get my money back cause by the time they send me new paint it would be too late to give it as a birthday present. At first they said no because I opened it. But how would I know the paint is bad without opening it. Once I emailed them asking for a manager or supervisor to call me I was told I would get my refund. I have been emailing them for over 2 months now and the customer service representative keeps saying she will get back to me in 24 hours about my refund. I still have not received my money. On top of that they stopped answering my emails. I’m not even sure what I can do, they have no number to call and I emailed them twice in the past 3 weeks with no response. I am writing this review to help any future customers understand the product looks very cool but if there are any issues with your order forget about getting help. There is a chance the product will be bad and you will be out the money. I have been going through this since November 14th.

    Never received my order that I placed on 12/9/22 for 2 custom projects and a set of brushes. I have sent 3 emails to the customer service email address.... the ONLY method for getting in touch with them, and have not received 1 reply. The tracking information is also incomplete or not available. This "business" needs to be shut down. Giving them 1 star is pushing it.

    Can we give ZERO Stars? I wish there was a way to shut down their website.
    This is a complete scam - Luckily I'm only out $30.00 but this is a garbage website. DO NOT ORDER.

    Never received order, I kept receiving email with false tracking and just received another email that wants me to click on button to confirm if I received order or not. I disputed order with my credit card bank.

    I ordered this Christmas present a month ago and have gotten no updates on tracking other than a b******* email stating there are “possible tracking issues and to email support” which I did three times and no one has responded. Do not buy from this company.

    I have been tight with money and wanted to cancel my order so I emailed them literally a minute after I ordered it and they responded 3 days later saying it was too late to cancel the order. But they would give me a refund if I ship it back and once they receive it and if it has no marks on it (I would have to pay for shipping). And then they said “I hope you understand”. No I don’t understand. >:(
