    I have used Charles Heating for over 30 years and have never had a problem with their service. They are on time and keep good communications with the customer. They are extremely honest and keep the customer's needs foremost. I recently had Jason R. do a maintenance check on my equipment and he was very thorough and advised me on what to expect in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumbing or a/c company.

    Mike Charles, his whole office staff, and the crew that came out to our home went above and beyond to get our ductless AC back up and running during this summer. This company did not wait for approval of the vendor for warranty but just went ahead and got the job done.
    We highly recommend using Charles Heating & A/C; very professional from start to finish.

    We have used Charles for many years now and have a service contract with them for servicing our furnace and air condition. To date, we are highly satisfied with the service. They are highly skilled, professional, and explain things well. Kudos to everyone there, including our most recent service technician, Hamid.

    I have used Charles a couple times for plumbing work on my old house. I had Jonathan come this time and was very impressed with the work he did. He was efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. Everything is working well now. Would definitely use them again

    I have been dealing with Charles Heating & Air for the past 26 yrs. Always a quick response time and very professional and courteous service. My most recent experience was to replace my AC unit on 6-20-25. Two Techs arrived (Rik and Dan). Both very courteous and professional. Completed a very difficult job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Charles Heating and Air.

    Called Charles for AC Unit not starting on a Monday morning. Charles technician charged me $385 for a capacitor that costs $14 or less on-line. Technician was here for 30 minutes to replace the capacitor - Total bill was $538.92. He charged $114 for service call plus $385 for capacitor. I got suckered. Hope they can sleep at night.

    Hamid was here today to check our air conditioning. Very polite and courteous man. He came in and went right to work and checked all the interior items then went outside to check the unit. He needed to replace the dual run capacitor. He explained why, received my permission to replace it and completed the job. He was a pleasure to speak with and very professional.

    The work was fast and reliable they cleaned up all debrris. The workers were friendly and polite, they did awsome job for the two projects i needed done.
    i would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. i will call them for my next project.

    Your employee Johnathan *. Did a fantastic job on our vanity leak. He was a true pleasure to have him in our home. He explained what needed to be repaired. His work was neat and clean.
