    Jeremy from Charles Heating & Air Conditioning did an installation of a new furnace and AC unit in our condo. He showed up exactly when expected, did a great job and explained how the new thermostat works. He cleaned up after himself and we couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommend this company.

    I have an annual contract with Charles Heating and air conditioning to inspect the furnace in the fall and the air conditioner in the spring. Their service man Hamid, called ahead, was right on time, competent, and very courteous. I would recommend Charles Heating an air conditioning to anyone Looking for HVAC or plumbing services.

    For those consumers that don't have a lot of time to waste and need results fast and professional look for Charles. We had been out of A/C for three straight nights at over 80 degree temps in the evening. No sleep. Next day, Tony was suppose to come out
    for a cleaning service but noticing are problem switched gears in seconds to A/C technician mode. Tony was very professional and knowledgable addressing fried switches and testing A/C unit,Furnace and thermostat. He was very quick and smart. I was very impressed. These things can be pricey with any electric company or Electrician but having hired the right company or person can make a big difference.

    Matt H***** recently serviced our air conditioning. He did a thorough job and was very responsive to my questions. We have used Charles Heating and Air Conditioning for years. Their technicians are polite and trustworthy. Charles Heating does an excellent job.

    Recently, we had our annual air conditioner inspection. We are a member of the Charles Club that also services our furnace.
    Technician, Matt Helmer, was friendly & informative. He checked both air conditioning unit & furnace thoroughly & asked if we had questions. We were impressed with his knowledge & would love to have him back!

    Horrendous!!! I called them at 12:30 in the afternoon because my central ac was not working, they said someone will be there to look at it - 5 hours later I called to see when someone was coming out and they told me sorry we are not accepting new clients, I will NEVER call them again!!!!
