    BEWARE, APEX IS A SCAM !!! This place scammed me out of $3568.84 in September of 2021. They originally called demanding payment for a credit card debt that I did have, was behind on, and did want to pay off. They said that if I didn't agree to a payment by the end of that week, they would move forward on filing a judgment on me, at which time any negotiations would be off the table & would owe the full amount otherwise they were willing to settle for the amount listed above. So I wound up paying & I have the receipts. I never saw this reflected on my credit report, & eventually started receiving collection letters from a different collection place & now most recently the original creditor ***** Bank. I didn't realize at the time I paid, they were listing the creditor as **** Bank. I've had accounts with **** & didn't realize my debt was through *****. Its a pretty slick scam, they obtain information on legitimate delinquent credit accounts & pretend to be collecting on them, but obviously are not. Do careful research on what they are attempting to collect. Chances are its a legitimate debt but they aren't a real collection agency. Its pretty nice how they are able to continue doing this & law enforcement looks the other way. That being the case, I look forward to hearing that someone was able to find their office, kicked in the door & shot every last one of these weak, lazy, worthless welfare trash scabs on society.

    What a way to rip off people! Threating legal actions and calling my family even to get to me. So I paid 100.00 dollars month for 2yrs and out of the blue another law office called me saying the story about taking legal if I didn't pay them. I told her I have been paying this Apex company. At that time I called Apex and out of the 4 different numbers I had only one worked and it went to voicemail. That's when I went and checked the BBB website and I couldn't believe all the complaints, will the same exact story. I cried for 2days then kicked myself for not checking on the company and just taking their word for it! It was an expensive lesson to learn in my life.
