    I would never go through this company again. Despite following their return policy, I cannot get ahold of anybody at the store for assistance, their phone always goes to voicemail with no return call, and the emails have yielded no responses.

    SCAM!!! Do not order from here! They sent me the wrong size canopy. I contacted them and received a return shipping label. I sent the canopy back and I am still waiting for my refund! It has been 6 months and they will not answer emails or refund my money! I cannot post without giving a star. I wish I could give zero!

    on July 13th I received a gazebo part, a canopy that had a different identification number and description. I wanted L-GZ038PST-F, order number *****. I immediately tried calling the company. I got no answer from the company. I sent the company an email on the 15th, twice on the 20th, and on the 18th of July. On the 21st of July I received an email from their customer service that said, "we will send a return label and send the correct part out to you.". The message was sent from a person named, *********************************, ***************** needless to say, I got nothing. What I would like from Gazebo Parts Direct is a refund of ***** partial payment and cancel out the remaining loan with Affirm. I should not be liable to pay for something that was completely wrong on Gazebo Parts Direct behalf. And send me the free shipping label for the return of the wrong part. ******

    This company gazebo PartsDirect it ***** you cannot talk to anyone on the phone I have reached out and left a message countless times no one got back with me I returned a package and I insured it at the post office on June 7th they received it never heard anything from them yet they owe me $151 I don't know what else to do I will never order from this company ever again

    This is a fraud.They never sent me the canopy I ordered and they never respond to e-mails. This business is not real, it should disappear.

    This is a scam. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!!! Would not even have put one star. Your responses back to these people that you have ripped off are sad. Take responsibility and stop taking peoples money.

    Complete scam. DO NOT order from here. They wont send you the item or tracking info. Also they double the price and order it from other websites that charge less than half. They also wont respond to your emails at all because theyre scammers who dont want to show the tracking because they order from gardenwinds.com/amazon. I finally received my order only because I did a chargeback(which I emailed them and said Id do) and then he tried to accuse me of stealing from him. Thats the only time I heard from this piece of c*** Im assuming once I did the charge back that he ordered it from Amazon. Of course he wont give me the difference he stole from me back. Over $120 more than I couldve paid if I ordered from the website he got it from. It doesnt even say gazebo parts direct on the box or shipping label. The box has the other website printed onto the side also. This company isnt real at all they just scam you.

    Ordered a new awning top cover per the pics I texted them. It is an absolutely awful cover, Doesn't stay on the frame ends, just floppy all over, Don't waste money or time with this company.************

    Can't even come up with 1 star. Ordered a replacement canopy, after reading reviews I cancelled it and notified my credit card company. Received the package anyway which was delivered to a neighbors house down the street at which I was unaware until 2 weeks later when I received a threatening email from them. I was able to retrieve the package at which point I mailed it back to them. Low and behold I received an email from them today stating that they have not received the pckg yet. It was signed, "cyber fraud division ". Not only are they incompetent with shipping, they are not too bright. I have sent a complaint to ***** general office.

    Worse online company!!! Gazebo Parts Direct did not ship the canopy and curtains that we ordered and paid for the fake company stated that it was in the box in which it wasn't I explained that people make mistakes and we're not trying to get something for nothing just what we paid for...I contacted ********************************* several times until he got sick of my emails and sent me an auto generated email with a telephone number that doesn't work so I filed a complaint with the ******** ************************* praying that they are able to do something about this BOGUS company that take your money and don't send the merchandise that you pay for...DITTO *******************DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!

    You received all the product we sent . We have tracking and also emails from you stating the boxes were received but stolen once we produced the ***** tracking with pictures of the deliveries on your deck to you. We are not responsible for securing your property for deliveries. That is your responsibility.We caught you in a lie and then you come on here and bash us as a company. How dare you. We have sent all this info to the credit card company and the attorney general. Be careful when you try to steal, we have proof of everything which is the exact opposite of what you claim.
