    I needed a new gazebo awning for my daughters birthday party. They said 5-7 to ship. It took 2 1/2 weeks and I had to order off of Amazon (shouldve gone there first). I e-mailed the company to not ship the canopy after I waited close to 2 weeks for shipment and I wanted a refund. NO response to my e-mail AND they shipped the canopy anyway. Ive e-mailed again that I want a return label and still no response. Ill be contacting my cc for a charge off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is a drop-ship scam.

    I ordered dual gazebo netting and curtain rods on 10/19/2023 for a total of $202.56. On 10/28/2023 I sent a email requesting my money back because my order was still showing "waiting to be filled " on the Shop app. They have not answered the phone nor have they replied to any of the emails that I have sent. Please be aware!

    I purchased a replacement canopy top less than 6 months ago the first wind shredded it to pieces. It was just a regular windy day in ***** ** and this thing ripped to pieces as if it was dry rotted. I emailed the company about a month ago with photos and have yet to receive a response. The phone number that is listed is a bogus number, when you dial it, it hang up. The text message refers you to the email that no one ever respond to.

    We warranty for manufacturers defects . Not for wind damage .Manufacturer of the gazebo states take the canopy off if you experince high winds.Please Follow the instructions of your gazebo manufacturer in the future

    Ordered from them....was sent wrong part, sent it back....no refund..have tried for months to get a hold of them for the refund..no response... company is an ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!!! DO....NOT...ORDER from them. Complete scam and you will lose your money!!! N

    The money was sent back to your account on October ****** sent you the notification that it was redeposited back to you. You received the picture of that and know it was sent back to you. The bank confirmed the transfer...the money is in YOUR account not the card companies. Judging by other reviews, you know this and are just keeping the money as you have done with MANY of other customers....that's theft... plain and simple.

    Received Gazebo, wrong size, texted picture. They told us the size we should have ordered. We ordered it. They send return shipping and we immediately returned it in the mail in used. I emailed them 6/20/23 to get my refund on the first one. The automated reply says they will get back to me in ***** hours. It is .7-2/23. It is 11 days and no response. I sent another email today. Hopefully I will hear from Someone here.

    Ordered mosquito netting on June 1, 2023 and finally received it on June 26, 2023. Incorrect item size. Supposed to measure at ***** in height and measures in 81 in height. Contacted customer service via email, text and tried by phone no response. Order number *****.

    Do not use this company at all. They are a scam company. They have no customer service. What they do is drop ship their items and add an unreasonable markup on the product to make a quick buck. They use a Yahoo email instead of running their email through their domain. Seriously, go directly to the source which is *********** Lowes, or Sunjoyshop.com Save yourself some money and don't pay scummy business people who do not know what they are doing.

    Here's a WhatsApp message that covers your content of a bad customer service review:??Hey there, I need to vent. Honestly, I am extremely disgusted with the customer service I received from your company. Trying to obtain a tracking number was like pulling teeth! I waited for almost THREE WEEKS before I was even able to get in touch with someone. Then, when I finally spoke to someone, they didn't even give me correct information about my order. I wasted so much time trying to get this resolved. And to top it all off, I ended up just having to cancel the order because of the horrible service I received. I will definitely be leaving a bad review on all platforms possible. This was unacceptable and a total waste of my time.??
